Not impressed by the food quality or taste at the food by lbs section. Old, over heated, and a bit gross looking at times. Customer service at the food counter has a lot of room for improvement!! The store itself has a good selection but a bit pricy. If you want cuban food, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE.
I love that place I will visit it again you find what you are looking for
I was walking up at 7:45PM to see what this place was about, only to have someone shut the door LITERALLY in my face and closing the place. WHY does it say it closes at 9PM when it doesn't? Misleading.

Good service is what characterizes this place. I love the preparation of BUSTELO and LA LLAVE breads and coffee.
