As much as I love Cubans and Cuban food i won't ever be going to this place or any other one again. There was a language barrier and i tried communication with the translator and the woman serving wouldn't even acknowledge or read what i was trying to say. I felt the tension of her simply not wanting to serve me at all. However i still supported and spent money so it was a win for them but why mistreat a paying customer?

Stopped for a Cubano sandwich but they don’t offer them. Cuban bread, flan, other offerings looked delicious. More things we’d eat for dinner with rows of steaming stainless steel pans ready to serve up hot Cuban goodness. These kind folks had almost no English but were able to direct us over to Domingo next door that did have what we were craving. That’s the ultimate in service! Planning to go back more toward dinner time when we have a bigger appetite! And a clean restroom to boot!

This restaurant is amazing! I struggle with speaking Spanish so if you are American, maybe use Google Translate to communicate if you want something extra. But they were so polite and it was a great experience! Highly highly recommend!

The food was amazing. I felt like I was at my Abuelita house. The staff was amiable. The flan was incredible and don't forget the coffee. If I'm ever in Kentucky again, I will be stopping there for sure.

I love this place. No matter what time of day the food is always fresh. The rice is awesome. The meat is always very tender and savory. Plantains are never dry. Beans are always juicy. I've never had a complaint when visiting here. My kids and I love the food and atmosphere here. Even when I've stopped by right before closing the food was just as fresh as mid day. And I love the open buffet type food options. Where there is no wait and you can get your fresh food on demand.
Just a bit expensive. Food was good.
We just moved here from Ft. Lauderdale and have been missing our Cubano food and coffee! This place did not disappoint! I had the Picadillo with yellow rice and boiled Yucca. Looking forward to going back, ALOT!
I loved it, the food was great, I felt like I was in my own country, the ladies were very attentive and with very good treatment and the price was excellent.. I will go again..

for yucca and a side of rice and a malta goya was $12 i can’t imagine why, it wasn’t large portions either. i didn’t dare say anything, i’m too proud to fuss openly about prices and i’m with child so i wanted it. but it said small container for 2 and change i think, i wish i had got meat for the price or paid $2 more for meat and gave it my sister . i feel played lol. it was good but not worth the price. both items would be $5 dollars total if bought and made at home. now i feel like i can’t go back bc it just was too expensive for the items
