We love the burgers and food there , but if you out in a order on line, for a pickup order, their web site website will not close out the order because it wouldn’t accept the make and model of the car. We called and they said there was no workaround for the issue. You lost a customer!!!!! If there is a solution, let me know. Until then, goodbye

8/26/2025 Drive Through Blues. If it wasn't bad enough to have four cars in other drive through lane order while you sit after we recieved our order it was wrong. Today was drastically different from all the other times at this same Culver's. Hopefully this isn't a sign and the service will go back to what it was.

My order sat for 8 minutes while 6 people stood there doing nothing and one lady put orders together. I told the guy what I was waiting for. Smh.
