Last night, My husband and I had the pleasure of dining at CURED Restaurant & Salumeria, a fabulous eatery located in downtown Louisville's NuLu area.
This intimate restaurant, situated on the first floor of the Main & Clay apartment building, has a swanky bistro like atmosphere. The young couple who own the establishment are incredibly charming.

Fantastic experience! The venue decor is classy with attention to detail and a cool, swanky speakeasy feel (including the super clean restrooms). The staff is super professional and friendly and the kitchen 'nailed it' when prepping our Pittsburgh rare, butter and rosemary aged ribeye! Fat washed cocktails...excellent! Great experience in dining here. The attention to detail is felt in everything they do. Best pork chop I have ever had. I can’t wait to come back and try the aged ribeye. 10/10 highly recommend.
