I had the lavender gin and tonic. It was a beautiful and amazing drink. The service was amazing and detail oriented. We are visiting; however; if we were Louisville residents, we would be regulars. The food and atmosphere is amazing. A truly hidden gem. Carlos was our server and so very professional. We enjoyed our dining experience.
I’ve been to this restaurant multiple times and let me just say, the rib eye is my absolute favorite. If you opt for brunch, order the merengue pancakes and pan con lechón. The ambiance is absolutely amazing and servers are very friendly and attentive.

Cured Restaurant and Salumeria is a total winner! The vibe is super welcoming, and the food is off-the-charts delicious. I tried their charcuterie board and ribeye, and it was like a flavor explosion in my mouth. Seriously, every bite was amazing! The staff knows their stuff and makes you feel right at home. If you love good food and a great atmosphere, you gotta check this place out. Five stars all the way!
