Fantastic experience! The venue decor is classy with attention to detail and a cool, swanky speakeasy feel (including the super clean restrooms). The staff is super professional and friendly and the kitchen 'nailed it' when prepping our Pittsburgh rare, butter and rosemary aged ribeye! Fat washed cocktails...excellent! My husband and I love to do date nights at cured! The atmosphere is one of a kind & the food is exquisite & very consistent. The staff is very attentive & generous. Our recommendations are: (drink) skinny margarita, (app) montaditos, (main plate) ribeye steak, and (desert) crema catalana ? but we highly recommend to try anything, it is all very delicious!!! ?

We celebrated our anniversary at Cured and had an amazing time. The atmosphere was perfect for a romantic evening. We started with the cheese board, followed by a delicious tomahawk steak and pasta. The cocktail and mocktail were excellent too. The service was outstanding—attentive and friendly. Highly recommend for special occasions or a cozy dinner spot!

I have been to CURED a couple of times now and every time the experience just keeps getting better. The food, the drinks, the vibe. Just perfect. Definitely a place worth visiting anytime you are in Louisville ??

Came in from out of town and was looking forward to dinner here. Long story short, we waited 30 minutes from seating to when we were visited by a server. The server was sweet but clearly not getting any help from management. Her boss was too busy cleaning a shelf during the dinner rush and leaving the bar top looking messy as hell for 40+ minutes. When I asked to speak to the manager she deflected to the server. Food was legit solid. Management was terrible. Disappointing experience overall.

If you love MEAT, this place is for you! The Beef Carpaccio was my favorite. Great filets, ribeyes, and tenderloins with some dry aged options as well.

This place was so good! The most welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step in. We have only been once but can not wait to go back. My husband dreams about their polenta.
Also make sure you save room for dessert and get their creme brûlée.
