Best steak I've ever had, ribeye was spectacular . Appetizers were outstanding, cannot go wrong with the Ossobuco empanadas and the charcuterie board was phenomenal.

My husband and I came to Cured for drinks, small plates and dessert. We didnt eat a full meal because we had just left having dinner with another couple at a nearby restaurant. I ordered empinadas, asparagus and the tiramisu old fashioned. My husband had a mezcal cocktail and we tried the coffee flavored cocktail. Everything was delightful. The food was quality and fresh. The staff and our waitress were the best! Parking was easy. The atmosphere was nice, relaxed, upscale and romantic. A family celebrated a birthday next to us and even with some table having your kids, it did not take away from the ambiance. I recommend this to everyone.

Relaxing atmosphere with delicious charcuterie, creative cocktails and a nice selection of wine.

Excellent cured charcuterie and aged steaks. Overall vibe upscale without pretentiousness. Chef came to our table and chatted with us about his curing and aging process. Would definitely return.

Enjoyed our first experience at CURED to celebrate an anniversary. We were treated with warmth from the hostess, to our server to the chef and felt very taken care of... plus, the food was divine!

Great find for a birthday dinner. Food was phenomenal, we had 3 different house made meat dishes - charcuterie, tartare, and the dry-aged ribeye - all were equally delicious. Space is small and relatively no-frills but comfy. Service was excellent, thank you Susanna!

Great atmosphere, service and selection. Food was good but many things needed salt. We ordered the porterhouse and it was quite grisly. Not the quality cut for the price. I would go back again and try some different dishes. Charcuterie was great.

What a beautiful and elegant place! My husband surprised me with a birthday celebration here, and everything was exceptional. The staff was warm and attentive, and even the chef came out to greet us personally. The food was exquisite, and the drinks were outstanding. Truly a memorable experience!

I had an amazing time at CURED! The carbonara was rich and perfectly balanced, with their house guanciale making it absolutely perfect. But the coppa, that was something else. It was honestly one of the best things I’ve ever tasted, gave me an experience I won’t forget. I also had the oxtail, and it was so good, full of flavor and cooked just right. They let me try some Parmigiano gouda cheese that went perfectly with everything. The house guanciale stands out so much, they even use it in their Old Fashioned, definitely ask about that drink! The warm atmosphere is perfect for racing fans or anyone looking for a great night out. Highly recommend!

The atmosphere at Cured Louisville was quiet and the waitress was kind, but that’s where the positives ended. The service was painfully slow — we were there for over 3 hours, waiting endlessly for each course to come out. For such a small restaurant, there’s no excuse for this kind of delay. On top of that, the food itself was underwhelming. The schnitzel was completely blah and forgettable, the steaks were not cooked to order, and our crème brûlée wasn’t properly cooked. After all that waiting, the meal was a major letdown. What should have been a nice evening turned into a frustrating, dragged-out disappointment, and we won’t be returning.

I was really excited to try this restaurant and made a reservation for a large group of friends. On the day of, they even called to confirm my party of 12, and I let them know it would actually be 10.

When we arrived, we got drinks at the bar. Unfortunately, the bartender was so busy it took about 10 minutes just to get served. Once we were seated, I noticed the table was only set for 9, even though we ended up with 11. I had to ask three separate times before an extra chair was finally brought over.

Service went downhill from there. Half the table got water while the other half waited over 20 minutes — one person had to ask three times before finally being given a glass. Another person got their food before they got their initial first drink order which was just a diet coke. No one came by to take our drink orders for a full 30 minutes. When I finally complained, the server came over and we placed our food and drink orders at the same time because we didn’t trust he’d come back.

Even then, 20 minutes later, he returned only to tell us one of the items was out. By this point, it was already one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had.

The final straw was at the end of the night: the hostess tried to make things right by giving each couple a gift card. Nice gesture — except when we got home and checked the balance, the card was. empty.

One person didn't get silverware with his meal so he had to eat his mash potatoes with a knife.

Overall, this place was a huge disappointment. Save your time and patience and spend your money where you’ll get good food and service and go to Jeff Ruby’s instead.

No need for a long review. This place is TOP TIER and the best to Kentucky, not only Louisville, but Kentucky! Very rare to find a place that cares as much about quality of food as they do service - they nail it all here. Very lucky to have this place in our backyard!

The Ossobuco Empandas are life changing, the charcuterie is all made in house and fantastic. Cocktails on point! Worth a visit!
