We enjoyed a nice experience at Cuvée. I had the salmon flatbread - delish! My husband had the fettuccine with seafood - which he really liked. Our friends had the schnitzel and burger which they ate all of it. The service was outstanding - very accommodating and genuinely seemed glad that we were there.
There were seven in our party and we received incredible service. Only 1 individual in our group had been here before, and everyone indicated they would be returning again. The Caprese salad with Burrata was the best I have ever had — anywhere. Oh, the reduced balsamic was so, so good. The chicken schnitzel was well received, with both individuals indicating they would come back just for that. And those who ordered the ahi ahi with Kale really appreciated the way the ahi was...
We had a wonderful evening at Cuvées, Scott and his staff did an excellent job of serving us and making extraordinary wine selections! We started the evening off with a charcuterie board that we asked our server to recommend the cheese and meats, it was phenomenal! We follow that up with dinner and all of our choices were prepared perfectly and very flavorful.
