Went there to get lunch with my wife and we order 2 chicken strip baskets one bbq and garlic the people was slow and gave our food to somebody else we had to wait for our order to be remade and they forgot to give my wife honey mustard for her straps we was there over 30 minutes we will not be back again

Sitting in drive thru for 20 minutes, ridiculous! Food was cold when I got it. Worst DQ, someone should call the health Department, do not come to this location, have old food never fresh, food sitting out, drive thru workers leave your ice cream on counter, no one at front to even get a refund, need to shut this location down!

This milky concoction is supposed to be a turtle pecan blizzard, and the oreo blizzard, which we paid for extra oreos, looked the same. I called back to the restaurant twice for a manager before going home to have them corrected with no response. We stayed in the drive-through line for at least 30 minutes. They couldn't take our order and were asked to order once we got to the window. (More delays) And this is what we got. That's not right. I still want a response and my order to be corrected.

Didn't have ingredients for the blizzard I ordered. ?Took forever.Was told they didn't have pancakes in the drive-thru then after waiting outside 10 minutes for my order went in. Guy in front of me was told they were waiting on his pancakes. This place is out of control. The girl up front is trying but the kitchen and overall is out of control. The drive-thru speaker is all but out of order, this whole place is out of order ?
