Second time to eat breakfast inside. Last time Sausage & Biscuits were extremely dry, but I overlooked. Today, I ordered the Breakfast Platter with Coffee and although the counter staff and service was excellent, literally nothing was warm, except the coffee which could have been hotter too.The side of gravy I ordered leaned on the cold side. Thank goodness you don’t refrigerate the jelly or butter, as that would have been even worse on a room temp biscuit.What a real disappointment it was, thinking you’re supporting local, taking the time to get out and enjoy a breakfast that should be hot when served whether through the drive in or inside. DQ last suggestion is serve sausage that isn’t soaked in grease, as the plate was covered in liquid greasy watery stuff as well.

Why in the world would you turn a biscuit and gravy container sideways so the gravy leaks out in the bag? This is not the first time either. Seems like people need to use a little common sense.

This was the worst food ever....I got a bacon breakfast plate. I asked for bacon to be crispy, Texas toast instead of biscuits. The toast wasn't toasted, the bacon not crispy. I enjoy DQ breakfast at dang near any DQ. This location needs help or better workers. Definitely will not come back to this location.

I went through the drive thru today and ordered a medium Oreo and M&M blizzard. There may have been half and Oreo in one and maybe 4 M&M's in the other. Paid almost $13 for two cups of vanilla ice cream with sprinkles. Absolutely ridiculous. You can do much better.

So when you have a sign up that says "if your blizzard isn't flipped, next one on us." They didn't flip my blizzard, I told them after I received it I'll be back tomorrow for my free one. The young lady inside told me "we don't do that, sorry." And when I asked about why they have the sign up "it's only at participating locations." Sad world, thought we took pride in our word, let alone our work.

Terrible service. Tried placing order over phone lady was rude and said she can’t place order we are done for the day. Do u stop breakfast at 1029 or 1030? Extremely lazy can’t accommodate a customer request when it’s within the breakfast time. Warren buffet would be pissed I know because he I’ve met him and he expects excellence and this location is far from it. This is a joke of location. If u don’t want to do your job then quit and go somewhere else. If breakfast stopped at 1029 then it should say 1029. I also tried calling at 1025 but they wouldn’t answe til it was too late to order breakfast at 1029. If she was my employee she would be fired, immediately. Excellent service is accommodating a customer request up to 5 minutes after 1030. The road was blocked off down the street or I would’ve been here easy within this lady’s 1029 deadline. What a joke. You have to question if they can’t even get this right what else are they being lazy about, cleanliness, food safety, order accuracy. I ran my own restaurant for years and I would be irate if a customer had this experience at my place. And she would at the least be suspended and retrained on appropriate customer service.

I pulled up to the drive-through at 10:34 and their sign and and online say they close at 11 and there was 4 other cars trying to order and nobody answered so 3 cars pulled up to the window and the car at the window honked and the worker ducked down to not be seen. There were multiple workers in the building and nobody was coming to the window just they were standing around.

I'm in the drive thru in a brand new truck the food was handed to me in a soggy bag My oven easy eggs were apparently thrown in with 2cold hard biscuits 2 brurnt pieces of bacon hashbrowns, so it was a completely jumbled mess. That dodnt stay in the box. The girl hands me my 3 gravy cups ...NO BAG ...WTH IS WRONG W THE MGMT ??? ALL OVER MY NEW SEATS ...I'll be sending a bill to corporate

Went a couple days ago trying to get milkshakes was told “we aren’t serving ice cream.” What a joke went this morning they sold me a side of sausage in a plastic bag. No need for explanation, but when asking the girl working drive thru why, (after spending $30 for breakfast, not that cheap) she said “You know Dairy Queen is cheap.”I use to love Dairy Queen but this location has been horrible for a LONG time. Nothing worse than powder tasting gravy. Thank goodness Freddy’s has opened NEXT door. Think you would step it up a bit ??‍♀️
