Ordered two chicken Strip baskets today, the fries were horribly soggy and underdone as usual with this location. The chicken was cooked okay But had a really off taste I’ve never Experienced from any Dairy Queen, making me think the chicken was cooked in dirty oil or something

Their chicken is breaded and meaty.
Wiped my own table and they ran out of ketchup. They were drive through busy.

Waited in the drive through for over 30 minutes for two Blizzards! I was given the wrong order and also charged for that order because they didn't give me the total price at the menu board. It took them another 5 minutes to make the correct Blizzards. 35 minutes at a drive through is absurd!

Stopped in for a blizzard after lunch with the hubby. He tried the toffee/brownie, and I went for the oreo/brownie. Both were delicious. But as we were leaving, I saw the sign for the Reese/carmel. I forgot about the new flavors! Next time!

Not only are the staff members rude but so is the manager! The drive thru was so slow, The manager had an attitude with myself.. Its ridiculous you guys are getting paid 15-17 an hr and you are being this disrespectful towaeds customers.
