Placed a door dash order and on the app it didn't have rootbeer so I called and the manager was super sweet I selected coke and she got me a rootbeer like a really wanted, food was hot and delicious!

The one in Mount Washington is not the best The people are very rude The kids cuss behind the counter they ignore you their backs are turned to you sometimes it can take forever for them to take your order when they do take your order they make you feel really like you're not wanted the food doesn't look the way it used to it just kind of thrown together and gave to you now

This is the worst Dairy Queen since it moved dime is old location. They have lost me as a patron. I ordered a peanut butter parfait and I got a cup of vanilla ice cream with a a tablespoon on Of hot fudge. Didn’t want to send it back bc there were too many young people working. Couldn’t risk it

Absolutely horrible!! Is there a manager on site at all??!?! These little kids without home training!! No customer service skills at all. Rude!!!! Who does the hiring? Are y’all that desperate for people to work??? This location needs some “non ignorant” adults working.. this location is trash.. management needs to get this business together! This is the worse DQ in Louisville, they can't get anything right and they are bad a making the things they do. This was supposed to be a Brownie batter blizzard it had 4 brownie bits a a smear of batter. Ffs fire everyone and start over.

Worst Dairy Queen I've ever been to. Really rude employees every single time. It's got me driving further to go to another location.

When I say my food has been wrong and they've been rude I've been here about 8 times and 6/8 was wrong all while they're being really rude.

My food is wrong every time almost. I've even been given the wrong ice cream.

I was handed the wrong food and I didn't get a receipt because they were "out of paper" I called trying to get it fixed and the manager refused. I even still had the food.

One time, I went inside to get sauce I paid for they didn't put in the bag (which was fine) until they were arguing over who had to be the one to help me.

I really am sad about this because it's only 3 minutes from me but going there is honestly a waste of money and time because I get the wrong food and they're rude to me all in one. It's a lose-lose situation.

I hope someone takes this seriously because this location is going to go downhill if not.

I was at this location 8-8-24. Went to drive thru. Around 3:45 pm. Whoever was working the drive thru needs to be taught how to talk to customers. She was very rude and just kept running her mouth. I left without making a purchase and took my money and went to another fast food establishment. I don't think I will ever return to this one.
