Do yourself a favor & don’t go here. Rude workers. Horrible customer service. Girl working drive thru (receipt says Jerricka) on 11-19 at 8:15 pm needs some training ASAP.

Sat in drive-thru for over 5 minutes. Never once. Did anyone say they would be right with me to take my order. I pulled to the window. Saw employees walking around. They still did not acknowledge I was there. I sat there for 3 minutes. The person behind me left, I then left. If the drive-thru is not open they need to have a sign indicating that, they did not. Not close to my home, will not return. And for those of you wondering why I did not just go inside, I am sick and so is my toddler. We just wanted some french fries.

The staff were so kind! Their fryer broke, but they made up for it with extra fries. DQ’s ice cream is fantastic, and the food is always hot. I keep coming back for the great service and food. The location’s a bit awkward, but overall, it’s an amazing DQ!

Terrible, rotted lettuce on fish sandwich. Slow, one person working in the back. Just awful.

I went to the drive thru about 9:20 pm so 40 mins before the store closed. My kiddos wanted someone ice cream. I waited at the speaker for a few minutes without anyone greeting me, so I decided to leave. As I'm leaving I see the staff of two men and a women outside talking and smoking. I wonder how much money this staff has cost the company due to their lack of working. My car alone 5 people. This is becoming a trend in Louisville. It's sad really.

Wish I could give zero stars, never go to this location in the evenings. Every single time I have been it’s been a bad experience. The employees in the drive through are the rudest I’ve ever seen. The food is usually old or cold and service is always bad. For example, tonight the 2 dilly bars I ordered were completely crushed like someone intentionally smashed them.

Have not been to a DQ in over 10 years and said why not… huge mistake. Simple order. Was told to pull forward. Totally forgotten about. Waited 15 entire minutes before going inside. I try so hard not to be that person. Was asked for a receipt, I was never given one before being told to pull forward. Ordered a 6 piece with extra sauce, was given a 4 piece with no sauce. The blonde girl practically threw the extra strips and sauces at me. Never met with so much rudeness and aggression. I get fast food workers are miserable, but why take it out on me?

Will be another decade or more before I go to a DQ again. Terrible experience. Go literally anywhere else

I have never waited in a drive thru line so long ,I don't think my entire life. When I pulled up there was only 2, maybe 3 cars in front of me and that includes the one at the speaker. I can almost guarantee they were there 10 minutes. The next car went quickly the truck in front of me waited several minutes to be waited on. They took my order quickly but we waited several minutes going further. The truck was asked to pull up and then after they finally took my money that it almost felt was snatched from my hand I was asked to pull forward. I ordered a medium shake and onion rings. Really how difficult is this? It's not like they were extremely busy either when I pulled up there was maybe 2 or 3 cars in the parking lot then then the drive thru. Seriously what should have taken no more than 10 minutes and I will be nice if you are busy 15 turned into over 30 minutes. I just wanted a shake and to get back to the hospital to my husband.
I have never been to this location on Poplar Level Rd and I probably won't go back. I didn't get a friendly vibe either.
Just a frustrated customer

It was good, we got the blizzards, the only thing is there was an excessive amount of ice cream on the containers had to wipe them off.

This Dairy Queen is an absolute joke. I live right down the road, and every single time I’ve tried to give this location another chance, they’ve managed to screw it up. Last night was the final straw. We pulled up to the drive-thru to get Blizzards, only to be told the ice cream machine was “down.” Funny thing is, as we drove around the building to leave, we saw multiple people inside and outside eating ice cream. So either the staff flat-out lied to us or they simply didn’t want to bother making our order. Either way, it’s unacceptable.

And this isn’t an isolated incident. Multiple times I have had to wait in their drive-thru for over 30 minutes before with no explanation. Another time, I was told they couldn’t make slushies. Excuse after excuse. The store is a mess and the management is either blind or just doesn’t care.

This location is beyond poorly run — it’s embarrassing. I will never be back, and I seriously recommend everyone to avoid this Dairy Queen. Corporate needs to step in immediately, because the way this store is being run right now is a disgrace to the brand.

Second time in two weeks I have tried to stop at this location for a sundae only to be told they couldn’t take my order. Neither time was it completely clear why as the person on the intercom only mumbled. I was able to make out they were only filling door dash orders the first time and the second was something out needing to wait 20 minutes. Both times were around 7:30pm and I was the only car in the drive thru line.

Went through drive through last Wednesday afternoon before Bible study. Girl at drive through extremely rude!
We got 1 ice cream cone and a small water.
The girl did not tell me the total so I did not realize that I was charge $2.59 for a beverage and 0 for the water. I did not get a beverage so went back to talk to the manager.
Her name was Jessica and identified herself as the manager. When I asked about the charge she took my receipt and went to behind a wall then came back and informed me that the $2.59 charge was for the cup!!!
I was stunned! So then I brought up the rude girl at the drive thru and “Jessica the manager” informed me the girl had been in school all day and was tired. Again I was stunned at such an unprofessional response.
I told “Jessica the manager” that a terrible excuse and not my problem!
“Jessica the manager” then informed me she was done talking with me and that I needed to leave.
I found out that Joe Allen manages that location. I have called a couple times and he is “unavailable”
Joe Allen and “Jessica the manager” really need to find a different career as that both show no regard to a customer who picks up food there every Sunday. I hope Joe Allen is extra happy to steal $2.59 for a 5 cent cup. I nor anyone in my family will stop there ever again. It will ultimately cost him hundreds.
