I never have any problem with fast food restaurants cause I work in one too so I can understand what’s goin on but tbh this is js a whole lazy level, my toast wasn’t even cooked and I didn’t even get the gravy? And that’s not the worst part I literally had to get pulled ver just to wait for my food that was barely there

worker was rude and took a long time and still got our order wrong. i actually get a lot of rude workers from there. just feel like they really need to hire nicer people.

I stop in at this DQ 3-4 times a week. I always order a MEDIUM dipped cone. This morning I stopped to get lunch, coffee and my usual cone. Not only was the cone NOT the size I paid for, it was horrendously messy, like they didnt take care to dipping it, the chocolate was see through and running all down the cone. The ice cream could have been mistaken for the leaning tower of Pisa with off it was. I was asked about sauce for the chicken strips, received no sauce, the strips taste and feel like they have been sitting for hours, very hard and dry. My coffee ( a mocha moolatee) was ran all down the sides and not mixed al the way. I would be a little more understanding if there was a line, but there was not. I had one person ahead of me and no one behind me. When I was handed my order out the window, the girl did not even look at me, make sure I had a hand on the bag anything. Just shoved it out the window. I'll be picking a different DQ from here on out, just because of this morning crew that seems to have better things to do than to get a simple morning order out the window.

Make sure they give you your credit card back. If not they'll try and use it. Just had this happen to me, luckily I had locked my card because I thought I had simply misplaced it. Thieves are the worst.
I had a banana split and through the drive-thru that took them 20 minutes to get one banana split bananas were frozen solid as a rock could not even eat

Honestly the star rating is for the store but DQ corporate should be ashamed of themselves. We placed an ice cream cake for a birthday. They are made at a corporate location and dropped off at the assigned location. The problem was corporate DQ didn’t deliver the cake. This unfortunately sets the store up for disgruntled customers. I appreciate the compromise of the store manager and her willingness to decorate my cake. I still give you a thumbs up for effort.

Never had this type of treatment in customer service ever. At the national turnpike location in Louisville KY I was disrespected, humiliated and called a liar when I disputed my order because it was missing several items. Furthermore I was called a faggott by an employee named CYNTHIA whom also started screaming at me and arguing with me when I came back to the restaurant to have my order fixed and was insulted so many times in so many ways and greeted with nothing more than a horrible nasty aggressive attitude. I've reached out to corporate and am patiently awaiting communication regarding what they propose to do to resolve this ridiculous cruel and unusual verbal assault I was faced with February 7th 2025 when attempting to have an ordered fixed that CYNTHIA messed up.

The lady who is serving you has terrible customer service, she gets upset because we don't speak English correctly, she is rude. You should have a little more empathy towards people and not serve them unwillingly.
