Never had this type of treatment in customer service ever. At the national turnpike location in Louisville KY I was disrespected, humiliated and called a liar when I disputed my order because it was missing several items. Furthermore I was called a faggott by an employee named CYNTHIA whom also started screaming at me and arguing with me when I came back to the restaurant to have my order fixed and was insulted so many times in so many ways and greeted with nothing more than a horrible nasty aggressive attitude. I've reached out to corporate and am patiently awaiting communication regarding what they propose to do to resolve this ridiculous cruel and unusual verbal assault I was faced with February 7th 2025 when attempting to have an ordered fixed that CYNTHIA messed up.

The lady who is serving you has terrible customer service, she gets upset because we don't speak English correctly, she is rude. You should have a little more empathy towards people and not serve them unwillingly.

The food was so hard that u could crumble it but u couldn't eat it because it was so hard and there was Nate's and bugs everywhere the whole restaurant was so dirty and nasty the ice cream area was nasty if u would see it u wouldn't eat ice cream from there ever again it was sickening and so gross the health department should shut this restaurant down they used the same mop for the dinning room as they use in the kitchen and u fall and slide all throughout the restaurant

Drive thru is ok...seems like each time you go thru...the cone size is different each time...

Very rude drive thru employees. Waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru despite being the only one there and asked for a Reese pieces cookie dough blizzard. Proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have the cookie dough for the Reese’s pieces. Fine I said I’ll just get a regular chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard instead cause I really wanted cookie dough. Came to find out it was just a regular chocolate chip blizzard so I went back into the store to ask why I was given the wrong order. The lady at the front of the counter whom I’ve must’ve talked to in the drive thru began to get an attitude with me and said she’d already informed me that they’ve ran out of cookie dough however she only told me that they’ve ran out of the cookie dough that only came with the Reese’s pieces blizzard… How am I supposed to know they used the same cookie dough for the chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard as well. Either way I got a refund and left. Didn’t want to argue and definitely didn’t want to support an establishment that is rude to their customers. I doubt I’ll be back after this.
