I ordered a Cheeseburger, fries and a coke and waited ar the counter for 10 minutes, no food. The manager ask, what are you waiting on?the cook hadn't gotten the order apparently. I then changed to to a Double Cheeseburger. The manager said there will be a 3 dollar up charge, no problem. I got to the table and found there were no fries in my bag. I went back to the counter and the same manager said you didn't order any and it would be be another up charge. After looking at my bank statement the next day I found I had been charged a total of $17.91 on $5.30, $3.04, $3.04, $3.59 and $3.04.I don't think an Original Double Cheeseburger, small fry and a Coke should cost $17.91.Dairy Queen, you owe me money.

Completely ENJOYED our entire Experience at this Dairy Queen. Management and Staff were very friendly, FOOD was GOOD and Hot, drinks were refreshing and Bathroom was especially NICE since we had been involved in yucky work prior to our visit (truck broke down again)... But, now we have two super nice vehicles, so, LIFE IS GOOD just as is Dairy Queen on National Turnpike. Treat yourself and give them a visit... tell them Ricky and Raye sent you!
I will never ever go back here. Had I went into a nicer area I may have gotten better service and food. They messed up on my order twice. The first time I drove home and realized they got me out of two chicken tenders and very small might add and the Texas toast was just a white piece of thick bread. Anywho, I went back and they wanted me to keep my cold food and add a few pieces of chicken to it...smh! I asked them to remake it of course the lady had an attitude which I was patient with her, however instead of getting me what I asked and paid for I ended up with something different. At that point I was so done with it. My suggestion is to either shut that place down, change the name to dairy hood or fire all the two and a half people that worked there...I forgot to mention when I went in the first time a worker went to their vehicle and when I came back in he came in and went straight to the kitchen without washing his hands and the young cashier child she couldn't hear worth nothing?

The people you hire are idiots. Never get an order right. Today I ordered onion rings with my tender meal. Got home found half cold soggy fries, 4 of the smallest tenders I've ever seen and the Texas toast wasn't even toasted. This location is an absolute joke!

Terrible Experience: Incompetent Staff and Mishandled OrderReview:I recently had the misfortune of dining at Dairy Queen, and I must say that it was an absolutely dreadful experience. Not only did they completely botch my order, but the customer service was abysmal. I feel compelled to share my unpleasant encounter to warn others from enduring a similar ordeal.To begin with, when I placed my order, I was clear and specific about my preferences. However, upon receiving my meal, I was utterly shocked to discover that they had gotten it completely wrong. It was as if the staff hadn't even bothered to pay attention or make any effort to fulfill my request. It's frustrating and disappointing when a restaurant fails to deliver what was promised.The level of incompetence displayed by the staff was nothing short of astonishing. When I politely brought the issue to their attention, I was met with indifference and apathy. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they seemed irritated by my complaint and showed no willingness to rectify the situation. Their lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was truly appalling.Moreover, the overall customer service throughout my visit was far from satisfactory. The staff members appeared disinterested, unresponsive, and seemed more focused on their own conversations than attending to the needs of the customers. The atmosphere was tense, and it was evident that the staff lacked proper training in handling customer complaints.In addition to the mishandled order and poor customer service, the quality of the food itself was subpar. The dish I received was overcooked, lacking in flavor, and overall unappetizing. It was evident that little care had been taken in preparing the meal, which further added to my disappointment.Given the multitude of issues I encountered during my visit to Dairy Queen, I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone. The combination of a botched order, unprofessional staff, and mediocre food makes for an extremely unsatisfactory dining experience. Arrived at 8:30pm on a Sunday. All the doors were locked and the employee was hiding in the back area acting like she couldn't see us.
