I never give five stars for everything and anything but our experience here was superb! We ate the first double stack with bacon and it was so good we got a second, both cooked to perfection, flavor was wonderful, bacon was crisp, perfect amount of lettuce and tomato, staff was very customer service oriented and the place is clean in every way and the music is the best!... thank you, and I guess you're on the right track Mr Warren Buffett... Oh and a great selection of ice cream cakes we're coming back later for the red velvet and some blizzards!...

Had a taste for a sausage biscuit and it was just fine. Young man at the window was very friendly. Can't complain about the food or service.

This place is always short staffed and takes forever. The food is good though. I stopped going because of how inconsistent and run down the place is. They need to hire more people and pay them better.
They seem to care because the owner apparently responds to reviews, but no real action is taken to address any issues.

The food is always fire, but it’ll take a hot minute. The staff seems a bit all over the place, like roles aren’t very well defined. Going inside is scary tbh the building is heavily yellowed, lights are dim, tables are sticky. Plan ahead for the wait, don’t count on the hours, but your food should be p dang good. This French Silk Pie blizzard was incredible

Me and my pregnant daughter went in 5 minutes after breakfast was over, and they went out of their way to get us breakfast ?.. tysm

Ordered a burrito bowl and they gave me a sausage biscuit. When I reminded the broad at the window that I ordered a burrito bowl she says oh we don’t have burrito bowls. It’s just nice that they decide what you are going to eat for breakfast

Food excellent. Service, only 3 people working, 1 cooking food, 1 making ice cream orders and 1 working both drive-thru and inside counter. I went inside since drive-thru was already packed. All employees very friendly.

Might be the single worst dairy queen i’ve experienced in the Louisville metro area. Rolled up to the drive through 40 minutes before close, no answer and the sign turned off. 0/10 would not recommend

Gave my 90lbs dog a pup cup the size of a side of sour cream. One lick and he was done! What an upset! I usually get a kids cup or even half of one. Service wasn't friendly and laughed at the size cup that was given to my dog. Very unprofessional!!

Just came from here they don't close until 10:00pm on Sundays it's Sunday night and I went to the drive thru right after 9:00pm they had the menu board turned off a whole hour before they closed I went on the inside and told them if y'all don't close until 10pm why is the menu board to the drive thru turned off and it's only five minutes after 9pm they said they was unaware it was off!!! When I walked in and went to the counter the workers was just looking at me and not coming to take my order so I'm standing there like umm hello I know y'all see me standing here I'm not invisible????? Then after a minute goes by I finally get my order taken! I believe the reason they had the drive thru menu board turned off even though they were still open is to try and stop people from ordering food from their vehicles a whole hour before they close! The service here is outrageous and ridiculous period.

BEWARE.
Ordered a chicken basket no drink (~$8). Dude rang up chicken basket (~$11) and dude said that's just the price now, "it's not been changed on the Menu". I got the food and paid for a drink that I never even got. I said sumthin to him, and he played dumb as hell.

Never cheat customers outta money!
