Took 20 minutes to get a bacon breakfast burrito. Go to eat it and it was a piece of bacon, some shredded cheese, and a piece of hashbrown. Can't get anyone to answer when you call either.

Chicken was good, fries were cold and hard, didn't the the extra gravy cup ordered, and the lady at the window said, "the extra gravy is in one of the boxes". The wait was very long. Never have this issue at Goldsmith Lane location, will only go there in the future.

Stopped in for a shake which was good but the person @ the drive thru window gave me my receipt but kept my bank card and every time I've tryd calling no one will answer the phone.
Ordered a blizzard cake to pick up on Christmas Eve. When I arrived I was told they didn’t have any. When I showed my confirmation email they said it didn’t matter and that all that had were smaller cakes in a different flavor. I don’t understand the point of ordering a cake a week ahead of time if they aren’t going to fill the orders. Now I’m left scrambling to find something else.

Waited 20 minutes to get these pancakes that were not edible. They were so badly burned that the biscuits and gravy that was also ordered was not edible either due to the burned smell in the bag. The restaurant would not answer my calls and nobody would take a message.

Ordered. After 25 minutes I was provided my order. Fast food???? I ordered a bacon and egg biscuit. The bacon was so burnt it was black. The egg was so over cooked it was chewy. Also, my food was cold. Do not go to this Dairy Queen.
