Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Placed a mobile order. When I arrived, the order brought out was incorrect. I mentioned this, the lady checked, and that was the only mobile order they had. I pulled up the receipt, and it was the correct location. She offered to get the manager, but I work third shift, and after waiting 30 minutes in the line, I couldnt spare the time, I had to get home to sleep for a few hours before work. I would appreciate a refund or a remake.

40mins for ice-cream no cars in line got the wrong order & ice-cream was melted

This location is very slow. Watch 5 differently cars get there food before me because they forgot to make my order.

Power washer guy was so loud they couldn’t hear me very well when I was ordering. Not to mention I had to drive over all his hoses. That work should be done at night not when your customers are trying to order. Also they didn’t give me all my food and I’m too busy to come back for it. Tried to call the store three times too, no answer.

I ordered 2 blizzards and a 6 piece chicken basket from the App. I went through the drive-thru to pick up. I was handed the 2 blizzards and was told to pull off to the side and they will bring me the chicken basket. I waited for 20 minutes and went into the store to ask when it will be ready. It was just sitting on the counter. No one ever brought it out to me. I was home 5 minutes latter and the Blizzards were almost thawed out and the chicken was cold. Horrible service.

The workers don’t even acknowledge customers when they arrive. Even if you order on doordash, expect your wait to be long if they’re busy because doordash is low priority too.

Worst Dairy Queen ever!! Staff don’t pay attention to the order!! This the second time this happen! Hate leaving reviews like this but get it together!! I pay for what I want!! And let’s not talk about the long wait!! Ridiculous!

Constantly out of staple items for their restaurant. Poor service, and no acurracy for orders. I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit. The lady at the window verified 3 times. Got a sausage biscuit with cheese. LAZY STAFF. INEPT MANAGEMENT. DO NOT RISK YOUR SAFETY OR SANITY...

I never really post anything negative, but I’m just kinda upset right now. I pulled up to the drive through and said I wanted a chicken strip basket with gravy. Simple right? No . The worker asked me to repeat myself. So I did. She then said do you want the combo with fries and a drink. I just wanted the basic chicken strip basket but I went ahead and said yes cause I was on my lunch break. She then asked what sauce I wanted and I repeated for the third time to say gravy. I get to my job to eat and guess what! NO GRAVY!!! Can y’all please just try and do better. A girl just wants her gravy to dip her chicken strips in 😭

Drive thru girl. Not helpful and rude.

They do not have any bananas! No banaba split1 if you don’t have it take itOFF the menus. Sat in drive thru line for a long time. Only to be told they have no bananas

Ordered two 6 piece chicken baskets , fries well done , and this is the box I received. Both look the same. Fries old and soggy , definitely not well done. And the fries itself is like a small fry! I’ve tried many times in hopes to be better but I’ll start going to the other one down Dixie in valley before I ever go to this one again

I ordered a number 7 no bacon i got the order it was disgusting my top and bottom bun was saturated in the sauce my bun was so soggy had bacon on it not to mention I tried to order a Reese blizzard they were out so I went to oreo the were out so I tried banana split outta bananas . I ordered my son a 4 PC basket with Buffalo they gave him blue cheese. We didn't notice this until we got home. I went back to get a better burger and THE manager took my burger and told me to pull up it was less than a minute and she was bringing it out . Once I got home I went to eat my burger it was the exact same burger just no bacon and my bottom bun had a finger hole from where they stuck there finger in my bun. I hate this dairy queen I don't complain about much buy for them to disrespectful give me the same burger back what kind of manager are you!! I will be calling corporate that burger is 12$ . This is the worst experience I've ever had.i would rate no stars

Don’t go here unless you like being literally up charged for a small drink and it really made me upset when I checked the receipt and they charge me for the meals and didn’t even give me some of my stuff. I have to pay extra to get missing items I didn’t even want. Do not go here or anywhere on Dixie for breakfast unless you like to be scammed.

I ordered parmasean chicken tenders. They took old tenders dipped them in parmesean and gave them to me when i asked for them the to be cooked fresh the guy in the kitchen told me that he would do it for me this one time. Seriously i shouldn't have to ask for fresh food. This is the worst diary queen i have ever been too
