I ordered a number 7 no bacon i got the order it was disgusting my top and bottom bun was saturated in the sauce my bun was so soggy had bacon on it not to mention I tried to order a Reese blizzard they were out so I went to oreo the were out so I tried banana split outta bananas . I ordered my son a 4 PC basket with Buffalo they gave him blue cheese. We didn't notice this until we got home. I went back to get a better burger and THE manager took my burger and told me to pull up it was less than a minute and she was bringing it out . Once I got home I went to eat my burger it was the exact same burger just no bacon and my bottom bun had a finger hole from where they stuck there finger in my bun. I hate this dairy queen I don't complain about much buy for them to disrespectful give me the same burger back what kind of manager are you!! I will be calling corporate that burger is 12$ . This is the worst experience I've ever had.i would rate no stars

Don’t go here unless you like being literally up charged for a small drink and it really made me upset when I checked the receipt and they charge me for the meals and didn’t even give me some of my stuff. I have to pay extra to get missing items I didn’t even want. Do not go here or anywhere on Dixie for breakfast unless you like to be scammed.

I ordered parmasean chicken tenders. They took old tenders dipped them in parmesean and gave them to me when i asked for them the to be cooked fresh the guy in the kitchen told me that he would do it for me this one time. Seriously i shouldn't have to ask for fresh food. This is the worst diary queen i have ever been too

Just tried to go there again not sure why, and didn't even place an order the drive thru lady was so rude. I know if I did order my food would of been messed with. Crazy

They have repeatedly not been open on time over the past few months. When you have to be at work at a certain time so you place an order on the app and you've already paid for your order then get there and they're not open. That's just bad customer service.
Disappointing customer service when you get yelled at and given attitude by the person running the drive-thru.

Chicken strips were cold fries cold.. bread nasty and I had coupon's and i still paid over 40 dollars for 2 chicken strip basket's 4 and 6 and 2 Blizzard's worst service ever and the kid on front counter was lost and confused management outside had to find her...

Mrs. Helen was wonderful and diligent in her work. It was a pleasure having her take our order. We ordered two hot fudge sundeas and we received two ice creams with a spash of hot fudge. Very disappointing. Also, the lobby was dirty. There was debris on the floor and two of the employees spent their time outside the drive thru door rather than taking pride in the condition of their work place. We have been ordering at this location for years but I think we will have to find somewhere else to get our ice cream. Maybe Mrs. Helen will go work for the competitor and we will see her again.

Waited inside for thirty minutes, the register worker took one order in that time. They had no problem getting drive thru orders done. Workers were rude and uninterested in doing their actual jobs. This resulted in at least eight others walking out and leaving. Piss poor leadership and management. Can't get that time back

Didn’t have my son’s ice cream cake made that I ordered over a month ago. I’ve had plenty of terrible experiences at this location, yet I continue to be optimistic because I’d hate to see it shut down like everything else in this shopping center. Put some effort into your customer service or close down.

Don't bother ordering a DQ Cake online for this location. We placed the order Wednesday for pickup on Saturday. Not only did they not have the cake (we had the confirmation #,etc) but they handled the mishap poorly, deflected that they don't get orders and we had to settle for whatever was left. No apology, no discount or any form of making it right. Just made it a point to NOT BOTHER ordering at this place again. Failed.
