The staff were super nice. So the low review wasn't completely their fault. They got my drive-through order wrong. They fixed it quickly and were super polite when I went into the building. The place feels rundown, grungy when you go in. The floor has that no one has changed the greezy mop bucket in a week feel. I don't know if they needed to change out the oil in the frier, but the fries were kinda gross. The shake tasted like the dairy in it was a little off. As high as DQ has gotten in price, I would have expected better quality food. Everyone behind the counter was busting their tails working. I'd chuck the experience off to bad owners/inept upper management,

Dude with glasses and woman with short hair never acknowledged me and when I spoke up, the dude with glasses was super rude with a smug attitude. I wound up leaving the store and plan to never support another DQ with my business. Read all the reviews on here and yelp, the major problem with this restaraunt is the employees being lazy and rude. DQ corporate should shut this place down for good so a genuine customer oriented restaurant could take its place. Drive thru is always backed up as well, and you’ll be lucky if your wait is 30 minutes and not longer. Also of note, employees are talking about how bad it is working there and take it out on the customers. I even over heard them being rude to a door dash driver who also was never acknowledged by any worker even though they were staring right at him. They also told him to have door dash cancel the orders and then went back to talking with one another by the drive thru window.

Went through the Drive thru on Sunday lunch time. Treating my kids to a Blizzard.
The lady at the service window needs a lesson in customer service. She was rude & very impolite.

One burger was good, the other was way over cooked. The blizzard was all ice cream with barely any toppings. No paper towels in the bathroom, and ketchup and other items were empty. The person at the counter had no interest being there or refilling any of the items.
I almost posted a similar review a few weeks ago and decided to give it another shot. But after multiple times seeing the same things, we'll have to start going to the middletown location.

Every time I order delivery from this Dairy Queen a part of my order is messed up, From wrong sized drinks and blizzard to just completely different meals I didn’t order and even missing parts of my the order. I went inside to order just to see if it would be any different and it wasn’t. I asked for a blizzard, and they gave it to me with a missing ingredient after I told them, they then proceeded to add a disproportionate amount, not wanting to come off rude I said nothing and took my blizzard to go.

Came in for lunch and received very quick service and freshly made food. Very nice and respectful staff who even brought the food out to the table for us! Everything was very quick and food was great, recommend anyone in the area to definitely stop by! We will be back ourselves!

This place has failed me 3weeks in a row. Every Tuesday I take my brother to physical therapy, because he has Huntington's. The last 3 weeks I have tried to come here after dropping him off so I can have a chocolate milkshake. The last 3 weeks I have been unsuccessful. They are either out of milk, out of chocolate, or out of something else. I just want a chocolate milkshake! It should not be that hard. This is definitely the last time that I will come here. Maybe the owner needs to hire my company. I help train managers on how to run an efficient restaurant, even with short staffing. If the owner sees this, please feel free to reach out to me and I will come out and give you a free consultation. This store definitely needs help.

Server got our order wrong, gave me a mini when we paid for a small, and it took 27 minutes to get our ice cream. He was wearing sweatshirt entire time and had not rush in him. Disappointing.

Sonya was working the lobby when my son and I can in at about 6:30 AM. She provided customer service that I haven’t experienced in a fast food restaurant since I can’t remember when. We came in for French toast sticks but unfortunately they dont carry them any more. Normally I’d be pretty upset but clearly explained the situation with the French toast sticks and was so nice I couldn’t even be mad. lol. She was friendly and personable, told us about new items they’d be getting and lunch specials they had. Where are all the Sonya’s in the world!!?!? I wish more of them would come work in food service because we need them. Don’t let this girl get away Dairy Queen.

Drive thru employee was too occupied with talking with his baby-mama on speakerphone. Rude to us like we interrupted his night. Ice cream and Blizzard excellent!!

This DQ sucks! I was in a drive thru line for10 minutes and got to the speaker and they said it's closed, They closed at 10pm and it was 9:59 pm I was about to place an order. Normally people show little courtesy and take the order but this place shows zero courtesy to the customer. Very disappointed.
