We stopped in for Blizzards. After waiting a few minutes for our Blizzards, we were told that they didn’t have any strawberry ice cream. We had to completely change our order. Disappointing

went thru the drive thru and only 2 people were working. and they deserve a raise, it took a little while, but food was hot and service was great

They already know what I get so they usually almost always have it ready all I gotta do is pay lol

Absolutely the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to 3 people in the drive through and we sat there for 30 minutes parking lot had 4cars so it's not like they are busy

Cleanest dairy queen I’ve ever been inside of, in my life. The general manager that was there today around 4:30pm was incredibly friendly and his blizzard recommendation was very yummy! Food was hot, ice-cream was cold, couldn’t ask for better service today! :) Also adding that this was the first time I had seen a “boot scraper” outside of a fast food restaurant, how considerate!

Ruined national ice cream day for us absolutely horrible waited 38 min for our blizzards and food at one point my 2 yr old cried to the man at counter asking if she can please have her chicken tenders. He just handed me a random order and said here im sorry its messed up back there. It was absurd the manager is a large Caucasian woman with colorful hair rude and agitated wasn't helping wasn't putting out fires just not caring spent 39 dollars I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS DAIRY QUEEN AGAIN. The cook a Caucasian male with long blonde hair was swearing so loud about other employees messing up i had to cover my kids ears....Im a business owner and a store manager im in shock still... Avoid this place at all cost...

Extremely under staffed and unorganized. Don’t expect your order on time or fresh. 30 mins + past pick up time for a mobile order. With only 3 people running the entire restaurant there is also no time for cleaning.

Quite nice. We were the only patrons inside - it was very stormy - we had a very tasty desserts, and staff were cordial.

I love a DQ ice cream treat on a Friday night after dinner, but the 30 min drive thru wait is testing my resolve! Workers are super friendly, they just need more help!
