I can't say this location is always trash, because I haven't been in many years, however it was certainly trash tonight. Took them 30minutes to get through 5 cars in the drive thru and then they have the nerve to hand me old cold food. They have me pull up to wait for fresh fries and 10 minutes later when they STILL hadn't brought them out I have to go in to get them. Then the person behind the warmer decides to argue with the guy trying to get my fries instead of just getting them. The blizzards might have been good had they not had time to melt... but the rest of the food was total inedible trash. 0/10 - would not return.

I’m not exaggerating in any capacity when I say that I waited in the drive through for over 45 min to 1 hour. By the time I got my food it was completely cold (despite the fact that my cheese curds were completely burnt). When my blizzard was served to me it was completely melted. My chicken tenders were cold AND they did not give me the gravy that I requested when I ordered. The server at the window seems extremely overwhelmed and his coworkers did not seem to be much help (not that there were many there to help him anyway).Additionally, to top it all off. The kids meal I ordered was not served in a kids meal bag and as a result I did not receive the treat coupon that should’ve come with the kids meal.This is potentially the worst experience I have ever had with Dairy Queen in my life. I know that this review probably won’t be seen by anyone, and probably wont make that much of a difference. I’m not normally one to write reviews anyway unless it’s a good experience… but this experience really was just that bad.

Easy orders are unfortunately hard to get right. Plain hamburger should not have cheese on it. Nothing like throwing away food. For an ice cream place, my vanilla ice cream tasted bland at best.Won't be back anytime soon. We'll maybe next time I'm not really hungry and want to throw away my burger. Fries did taste good. If not for being "hopper" fries. Fresh is better.

Went to get a late night snack, go to order and they’re out of buns , strawberry flavor and other menu items. No big deal. Changed the missing items out but when I got my food I was missing parts. What was in the bag was cold, my blizzard was not mixed. I asked for Oreo and it had maybe two inches of Oreo and then unmixed vanilla along the bottom. Staff was extremely rude and when I asked for the missing items I was told there was not anything missing.

Just went there and young Lady was at window has terrible attitude, told her I was so sorry I pissed her off!! But little does she know I have a following and I review Restaurants! My fries was cold as Cold as this young ladies attitude!! I'd suggest you take her off the window before you Customers like me..I spend a lot money there...

Friday evening at this restaurant was oddly quiet. My excitement melted away faster than their missing soft serve, and to top it off, they ran out of chicken too. An ice cream shop out of ice cream – the irony stung more than the lack of dessert options. It seems like setting par levels for reordering isn't their strong suit. Disappointing sums up the experience perfectly.
