I think I’ve paid more for food I didn’t receive than I have for every purchase made at this location. This has probably been the 6th time I’ve ordered something simple from this DQ that has been completely screwed up. I’ve asked for a side of toast and gravy with my order 5 different times, only for it to not be in the bag but definetly on my receipt. Tonight, I ordered a cookie dough blizzard with cheesecake just to get an unmixed, vanilla blizzard with about 7 pieces of cookie dough on top. This location is ridiculously bad when it comes to quality and I’d held back for a few years (yes…years) on writing a review, but after a stressful day and wanting to wind down with a treat, I’ve had enough.

The location on shelbyville road is much better than this one, putting lids on their blizzards and continuing to turn them upside down in front of you. Seeing the other reviews on this location lets me know that it’s not just my bad luck but that some quality training or SOMETHING needs to happen here because at this point, y’all owe ME money.

No, DQ, I will not be giving this location another chance. I honestly wish I’d gone back for my money instead of brushing it off every time trying to give the benefit of the doubt but y’all need help. Care about your customer, train your people, stop screwing up blizzards.

If you work the counter, it's YOUR job to make sure everything is there, don't ask me if everything's there after you've already bagged it and then act surprised when I go through it and find things wrong and missing. This location has repeatedly failed to meet the bare minimum expectations (which is a LOW BAR for fast food) every time I've stopped there. They've got 3.6* for a reason, honestly im surprised its THAT high

Today was by first the worse experience I’ve ever had here. The wait at the drive through was so long that when I got to the window my blizzard was soup! They didn’t even dump it upside down, because they knew!!!!!!

We drove in for breakfast and TJ was so pleasant! If he’s not the manager, he should be. The service was amazing, he took care of us and made us feel
At home! He accommodated our daughter wanting chicken tenders even! Not a lot of people or places like that anymore! Definitely recommend this location over many that we’ve been at!

On way to car wash because the blizzards were given at drive through with no lids, filled to the top, and no napkins and it got all over my seat from dripping through the bottom and all over my door which is now stained blue so I get to spend an hour or two cleaning my car to try and get this stuff off…….

Surprisingly this location only usually gives me lids for blizzard for carry out but even on lunch breaks at work in drive thru, I don’t get a lid. Like I hate to be that guy, but common sense isn’t common here and the pay shouldn’t be more than $11-12/hr

I got breakfast this morning . One car infront of me . I ordered a single sausage egg and cheese biscuit got to the window after ab a 4 minute wait , a man comes from the back with gloves on and asks me if I wanted extra bacon on my SASUAGE EGG AND CHEESE . I said “no I got a sausage egg and cheese “ he then has an attitude and says okay okay just checking. Comes back about another 4 minutes later with a LOADED bacon egg and cheese . Just pure ignorance. 7$ and some change for my order to be wrong and an attitude. Also my biscuits in half. Thanks Dairy Queen

This location has always been worse than the one in Middletown, but tonight felt especially disorganized. Confirmed our order three times and it was still wrong- I got the wrong flavor, the other was the wrong product altogether. While it was still good ice cream, it wasn’t what we paid for. I’ll just drive further and go to Middletown next time.

2 chicken strip dinner ordered. We didn't get any Texas toast and the gravy was thin as plain water and the FF were cold and limp.

Ordered a s’mores blizzard and when I got home I realized it was just vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup. No graham crackers or chocolate pieces and it isn’t even supposed to have chocolate syrup in it. For the price, it is absolutely unacceptable.
