Breakfast hours are until 11.
But apparently if you try to order breakfast at 10:50, they tell you that they stopped cooking breakfast at 10:30.
So they do NOT actually serve breakfast at the times that they advertise.

Was charged $2.59 for a small water to go with my ice cream I get charging something but not $2.59 exp when the price was not disclosed to me and when I found out I told them to cancel the water and still got charged for the water. Water cost 2.50 per thousand gallons in Louisville for Louisville water cup might be .25 cents that's pretty much a 900% mark up

I will start by saying, I don't go to DQ for the food. I go for the blizzards. So when I pull up at lunch time to order food and a blizzard, I am pretty disappointed when I am told that they don't have any blizzards at the moment. If I wanted to hear no ice cream, I would go to McDonald's. Pretty disappointed.

2nd time in a week that i arrive 15 mins after open and they weren't open yet. Once I waited in drive thru for 5 mins before a woman came out side door and said sorry we just got here won't be open for a bit. No way to run a business when customers expect you to be open. Will start going somewhere else.

The early 20s kids that are running the place in the afternoon don't care. When you order something and the resturant makes a mistake they should make it right. When I got home and noticed my food was wrong I called and explained the situation. Instead of helping the manager acted indiffernet and distracted. It was like pulling teeth trying to get them to let me get what I ordered, and I am afraid that if I did try and pick it up they would just mess with my food.

We entered the restaurant at 9:45 PM. The counter clerk young lady was very upset that we had entered. After the counter clerk consulted a coworker she quickly left the counter to lock both entrances. The counter clerk then proceeded to tell the customers at the counter that the kitchen was closed. I inquired if they had just 1 order of French fries. Her reply was NO! I stated that my grandchildren have peanut and dairy allergies. My 3 year old grandchildren would have been content with an order of fries. The counter clerk still stated that the kitchen was closed! I was able to order my grandchild a small cup of water.
In my opinion when a place of business is open and 12 people are standing in the order line you take their orders and provide service!
By the way it took us 20 minutes to place and receive our order of ice cream and ice water.
At 10:05 we received our order.
Despite the rude customer service we were very respectful and ate our ice cream outside at the outside picnic tables. I made sure we cleaned up properly also.
Extremely rude customer service at this establishment at 9656 Bluegrass Parkway , Louisville, Kentucky. I wish I had the owners contact information. The owner needs to know how the customers are being rudely treated.

You gamble with this location. They canceled my mobile order because it was 30 minutes before closing. So, I re-placed it when I arrived. Extra steps, same result. They were telling people ordering in the drive-thru that they were cash only because they don’t want to work until the actual end of their scheduled shift that the franchisee is literally paying them for. Grow up, if it’s such a burden, QUIT.
