Food very hot tasting bitter hot. Yes I know India's food is hot. Not bitter to the taste hot. Also noone bothered to check if I needed more water. Sorry.
Went for a buffet on Monday - I had vegetarian - everything tasted sour and stale as if reheated and kept from a week back ( ended up having only noodles as those were little bearable ) paneer had gone sour, could literally taste it has gone bad but still served in buffet.Over fermented sour idly batter used (no chutney ) , chole were salty.Yoghurt dips were stale and sour not worth it. Spouse had non veg had similar experience - stale non veg gravy , tandoori chicken was alright, but overall not worth .made up our mind not to go for buffet again.

I was hear for the lunck buffet. Food was good kashmiri Naam is a must order to any meal. Its worth the up charge. Serve abit off but the person was new. Dishes were well label with what was in the diishes.
