This was our first time here. The food was excellent. There were some promotions going on with the chips. It was a little confusing trying to figure out which package to get. There was also a $20 credit on the app. We couldn’t get any of that to work so the manager just did it. There wasn’t anyone to run the VR so we had to wait a bit. Then it messed up when one of our party tried it again. Manager was very helpful but some of the games messed up quite a few times. All in all we had a good time.

I mean for a place for kids yeah ok… service is beyond slow and obnoxious even by today’s standards… since when does the server automatically assume which amount you pay for your bill the difference if their tip??… the food is ok , but way overpriced.. you make $$ off the games.. a 20$ cheeseburger? Stop it

Loved our experience, look forward to returning. It was a little too loud but with all the various games that can be expected. The food was great and service was excellent! Even our 7 year old grandson liked his pizza!

Family and I come once a month. We had the best experience today since it’s opened. Our kids had some issues with their cards not getting credited with the proper tickets. I brought this to the managers attention. He looked it up on the computer and realized that we were correct.r. Denver (Manager) made all the corrections without hesitation. Thanked us for coming. He went above and beyond. Best service since this location opened.

Me and my girlfriend went and ate dinner there and this morning we both got food poisoning. I’m not for sure if it was my chicken or her burger. For the amount of money we spent on food and other things it definitely wasn’t how I wanted to spend the rest of my weekend.
