The food was delicious. I had the New York Strip 16-18 ounce and that boy was everything but. My lady had the Salmon which was good at well. A bit pricey, but what do you expect from a fine dining establishment??

Great food service and atmosphere
Among all the fine dining establishments in Louisville that I have visited, Del Frisco stands out as the finest. The steak literally melted in my mouth, and the iced tea was the best I have ever tasted. The service was prompt and attentive. I will continue to patronize this restaurant whenever I desire a quality steak.

Took my fiance there for his birthday and it was great. Food, the service, and the atmosphere. I would definitely keep coming back here. It's worth the money.

Nice, more upscale restaurant. Perfect for couple, groups of friends just getting together or celebrating a birthday, or business dinner meeting. Food is excellent, great service,. Warm atmosphere. Staff is very kind.
The food, service and drinks were spot on I have never been disappointed in this restaurant. Amazing as always
We had a wonderful meal celebrating my husband's birthday. Everything was excellent from my filet and wedge salad to my husbands's grilled shrimp and Caesar salad.
Disappointed. Food was mediocre yet the prices were far too high for the quality. Appetizers of crab cakes very poor, calamari good, escargot mediocre. Entrees, ribeye ok, filet overdone, lobster was rubbery yet amazingly cold in the center. Salads were ok and the lobster bisque was excellent. Desserts average with a below average crime brûlée. Service was great but a $100 per person bill before tip forms much higher expectations related to food quality. They had 6 tables all evening so there was no excuses for food quality, and the service itself was excellent. We have dined in Louisville at the best restaurants for decades and there are much better options minutes away at this price. We were surprised at how the food quality here has declined and it will be sometime before we dine here again.
Del Frisco's never disappoints! Every bite, from appetizer to dessert, is simply amazing. The filet is a must try, swordfish is a close second. You really can't go wrong with anything they offer. Service is top notch every time.

Food was good, not fantastic. Service level for pricing needs improvement. No glasses should ever be empty at an upper scale restaurant. Servers should know the menu as well.
The ambiance in the restaurant was great. The service was top notch, and the kitchen staff did a great job catering to a member of our party that had food allergies. The steaks were cooked to order and were seasoned exceptionally.
Meh…This isn’t the Del Frisco’s I remember from the St. Matthews location. Del Frisco’s in their previous location was decadent and the steaks were unmatched. Though it was much smaller and tucked away from the world, the food quality was far BETTER, the high-class steakhouse ambiance was BETTER, and the service was better. Maybe I’m living in the past, but ever since moving to Hurstbourne Lane, the quality of everything has decreased significantly and noticeably. I keep returning to this restaurant, expecting some of the magic of the Del Frisco’s of old, but it’s not happening here. Unfortunately, I will not be returning, and would rather spend my money at High Stakes, Ruth’s Chris, Steak & Bourbon, Jeff Rubys etc. In my opinion, this restaurant used to compete with Morton’s steakhouse. This no longer holds true.

There was a full house and the place has been in business a long time so it seems many people like it. The soups were excellent. Our server was nice and attentive. Food was delivered by others. They were hurried and rude. For the price, $100+ a person, there are just so many better options. It was Red Lobster quality - without the Cheddar Bay Biscuits.
A classy steakhouse I didn't even know existed. It is a great place to take family and friends.
