Monae was seriously amazing! She was super friendly, easy to talk to, and made everything feel really smooth. She actually listened and made sure I got exactly what I needed without any stress. You can tell she really cares about helping people, which is rare. Overall just a great vibe and awesome service

Ask for Nate. His service is stellar. His service was very quick and on top of it. Food hit the table quick and hot, just like I ordered it. He kept our drinks full. Try the cinnamon roll pancakes.

I got pancakes, my sister got a classic burger and fries.
On the plus side:
This was the first trip of 3 that the restroom wasn't out of order and didnt smell like sewage.

Workers bounce tasks from one another to see who will actually work and do stuff. Don’t bother asking for a shake or you’ll have to wait 20 minutes for someone to decide they’ll do it and another 30 for them to actually do it.

I came at this location the other morning. Had waited almost 10 mins before anyone could take my order to go. I ordered around 5:01am and the i didn't get my food done until 6:05am. Mind you it was like 3 cooks in the back, 1 of them was on the phone talking away and not doing his job. 1 of my order was a brisket melt and it was so nasty, like the meat was all burned up and still was served to me. I had spent over 75 bucks on all the meals. Smh this place needs a better manager or a lead etc. Also servers don't need to be outside smoking weed while working because that's a bad look on company

Exceptional service, Delvonda and John are the reason we come back every time. They have great customer service and they make sure we get our food on time and make sure it’s right. They have both went above and beyond. Never an issue. Clean environment great atmosphere. Will be back again and bringing more ppl with me.
