I came here for the 2023 Pizza Week special and it was delicious! In fact, I can say that it was my absolute favorite of the week. The thin crust pizza was cracker-thin and crispy, just how I like it. Kayla gave me a warm welcome when I stepped inside and AJ cooked the pizza to perfection!I scored them a 3 on atmosphere because the Brownsboro Road location is take out only, no facilities for dine-in.Parking: Free parking spaces are available on the side of the building.

I ordered pizza and paid for it online, before going grocery shopping. I did my shopping and went to pick up my pizza and the girls said it would be ready in a couple of minutes. There are about three door dash drivers waiting and it appeared that they had given away the wrong pizzas. She told me it would take 15 minutes to have mine remade. I told her I couldn't wait because I had groceries in the car. I said I'll just take a refund and she replied. There's no manager working and she cannot give me a refund. It escalated a little bit. I was irritated that I was leaving without food or a refund. I called the store the next day and spoke with the kitchen manager AJ. He was a pleasure to deal with and that's why I gave two stars. I emailed corporate and they did process a refund. They did not call me, no apologies. It's not a big deal, but not great customer service. The pizza is good! I've eaten it many times as I live around the corner.

Called in order, told me it would be ready at 7:30 pm on a Wednesday. I arrive at Derby City Pizza, and the young lady - appears to be 16 - says to the back "how did this order not get made?" The receipt because I paid for it over the phone, was sitting on the counter. It's a shame, because the pizza, service and experiences have been positive up to now. They have work to do here, it appears the priority of scaling the business has taken precedence over quality. But can't blame a group of 4 kids making your pizza, can you? Oh....the best part is the pizza in the box

Food is ok, but they take no responsibilities for the poor service of their 3rs party company that they hire to deliver. I would rather eat little ceasars than deal with this poor service. To the reply on this message, guy told me that me not getting my food was not his problem. Also, it's not discrimination, if they are unable to complete the job at hand, its called not qualified. Maybe some education would do this business owner some good!

I purchased a pizza from this location by phone about a month ago, over the phone. When I arrived to pick up the pizza, they said they didn't have an order in the system for it. So I placed another order, paid, and waited in store for that one. The Pizzas were slightly burnt, and the flavor was ok-ish.Then I call today and am told that I need to pay 40+ dollars to even place an order. Turns out, the workers at the store had lied to me about my order being lost. So I waited on hold for the lady on the other line for about 10 minutes till I was told, "There's nothin we can do. You'll have to pay 40+ dollars before you can place an order with us."Never eating here again if I'm gonna be told to pay money just to place an order.

This was the single worst pizza I've ever had. Literally inedible. We lived in Louisville for a few years and were back visiting friends. We decided to order this because it was brand new as we were moving and never tried it. I'd rather eat Dominos, which should tell you something. The crust was disgusting, the sauce was bitter, and the toppings were dry. Bleh. Save yourself the misery.Plus two stars for the manager messaging me. Appreciate your professional response!!

If I could no stars I would.....they make seem like online the deliver but it's with door dash.....and the change a fee....if something is wrong they usually call and no phone call....had to come get my own food even when I paid to have it delivered and gave a tip.....NEVER AGAIN!!! and then the gurl that answered the phone acted like I was asking too much seeing I spent 35.00 dollars! Smh....

Excellent pizza! Friendly waitress. Ok atmosphere. Pretty cool that it used to be a filling station/ garage. The pizza was good. Beer cold and tea good!!
