Placed an online order. I know what time it's supposed to be ready - 7:30. It was the earliest time available. I get there around 7:15 or so. I tell the person my name and I have an online order. I ask for the cups to get the drinks. I make the drinks and I'm standing at the counter looking at my phone minding my own business. Someone who I guess is supposed to be someone in charge came out and told me that my pickup time...read full review
