Today we decided to give this place a try. Unfortunately it was a FLOP and BAD EXPERIENCE. What a way to celebrate my birthday dessert. It was about 130ish we walked in ladies behind the counter seemed like they were not wanting to be bothered at that time of the day. It was like we were interrupting them. There were no other customers in the store. Didn’t get greeted or didn’t even try to sale the products they had. One of us asked about the mystery cookie and was told w/ attitude we don't have one my co-worker said oh I guess thats the mystery ?. We ask for a blueberry cheesecake and the other lady says we don't have that they haven't changed the sign. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all makes me wonder why there is no one your cookie shop. The motto on the wall says. IT’S WHAT INSIDE THAT COUNTS should be IT’S WHO IS BEHIND THE COUNTER WOULD DETERMINE TO BUY OR WALK OUT. We purchased 4 cookies the lady then ask my friend so you want to purchase a 4 pack. I wanted to say it’s that a trivia question? Horrible I wouldn’t recommend this place. Our cookies weren’t good at all. Please speak to your staff behind the counter they need guidance on how to sale your products and treat paying customers.

This was my first time visiting Dirty Dough and it was wonderful. Very clean place and the woman who helped me was friendly. I would recommend Dirty Dough to anyone looking to get their sweet tooth fix - although I would recommend cutting the cookie into thirds because they are very rich. Either way it is a fun place to visit especially if you have kiddos.

After having Dirty Dough Cookies, I won’t be back to any other place. Amazing cookies and the Middletown location has very friendly staff with fast service.

I don't know how this place is rated so highly. My experience was absolutely awful. I got 2 cookies, one was supposed to be filled with cookies and cream filling and was just flat and dry. The other was supposed to have icing and pecans on top with a caramel filling, and it was just as flat and dry, with no toppings at all. I should have known better by how empty it was inside. It just felt like a Crumbl rip-off, but so much worse. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere better.

the cookies themselves are tasty. i wish they didn’t switch out flavors so often & that the flavors they do decide to run were better. not a fan of a lot of their options, but the ones that sound good to me are always really good. very sweet and rich

We ordered a 4 pack of cookies through door dash...and 3 of the 4 cookies were not cooked in the middle., I don't mean gooey, but raw in the middle. Very unfortunate experience this time around!

The cookies for great. I waited an extra 10 minutes after I had gotten there because they were not ready. I also ordered a milk shake that I paid $8 for and the young boy working didn’t refund me for it because the blender wasn’t working. I told him I understood but he could have refunded me for it.

It was our first time here and we wanted to sample every single cookie flavor they had to offer so we got one of each to take home to share with the family. The manager, I think his name was Patrick, had the best attitude. Our favorite was the seasonal pumpkin followed by triple chocolate but honestly they were all so very good! Our new favorite cookie joint!
