the cookies themselves are tasty. i wish they didn’t switch out flavors so often & that the flavors they do decide to run were better. not a fan of a lot of their options, but the ones that sound good to me are always really good. very sweet and rich

We ordered a 4 pack of cookies through door dash...and 3 of the 4 cookies were not cooked in the middle., I don't mean gooey, but raw in the middle. Very unfortunate experience this time around!

Employee was super nice and explained the flavors for us, what compare to..etc We got shake and cookies OMG this was the best shake ever had!! We got 4 cookies: chocolate chip, Brookie, Reverse peanut butter and dirty circus. Cookies are a good size. Very good. Family share them all to taste different flavors.

We stopped by Dirty Dough on a whim due to passing by it on Shelbyville Road while shopping. The parking lot can be tricky to get into for this location and you really have to be actively looking for it. I hate to say I was not terribly impressed. I always judge a cookie joint by its chocolate chip cookie and it didn't hit the mark. It seemed to be simply another lesser known Crumbl. The pricing was just as steep. I by no means want to talk down about the company but that's what I got out of it. The folks working the counter were very nice however, and the store was very clean and neat. Give them a try if you want something different. I couldn't remember if I saw signage about offering different cookies weekly or something like that. But I did take pics of the menu.

The cookies for great. I waited an extra 10 minutes after I had gotten there because they were not ready. I also ordered a milk shake that I paid $8 for and the young boy working didn’t refund me for it because the blender wasn’t working. I told him I understood but he could have refunded me for it.

It was our first time here and we wanted to sample every single cookie flavor they had to offer so we got one of each to take home to share with the family. The manager, I think his name was Patrick, had the best attitude. Our favorite was the seasonal pumpkin followed by triple chocolate but honestly they were all so very good! Our new favorite cookie joint!

Ok so quick story: about 2 weeks ago I ordered online. Ordered 6 cookies for me and the wife to share. Get there and they were sold out of all the ones we wanted. Obviously got a refund and was asked to do a survey. Finished said survey and their general manager called me 5 minutes later. She apologized for not having my cookies in stock and told me next time I’ll have a credit for 6 cookies of my choice! I was amazed at the customer service! The manager really does care about the customers! Finally tried the cookies today and I’m happy to report they were delicious!!! Highly recommended!!’
Brought my son here as a treat for his birthday The stuffed chocolate chip cookie and cookies-n-crème cookie we’re so good! We added a scoop of vanilla ice cream which made it even better! Store was clean and well kept! Friendly Dirty Dough worker! Be warned, no tables and chairs, just two benches for sitting. But wasn’t a big deal to us. Will go back

Went to this store at 11pm on Saturday. Website says open til 1130 and door says midnight. Lights were on. Walked in the store and stood inside for 10 min. NEVER SAW a person, NOTHING!!!! Tried to call them and got voicemail saying closed. I guess there is one way to not have to actually work!!!
