My wife and I absolutely adore this place. Rocky, the server, took exceptional care of us during our lunch visit. We indulged in the short rib pho and ordered an assortment of spring rolls. The pho was simply the best in the city, and it’s not even close. The prices are incredibly reasonable, and you even get eight rolls with your order. It’s a regular order for us.

Good food but do not like their tipping rules. Tips should be the customer's decision and not regulated by the restaurant. I would rather pay more for the food and let the employer pay their servers a livable wage.

There is a bar area and some tables inside. A restroom is available.

We arrived on a weeknight before the dinner rush and we were seated immediately.
After ordering we received our appetizer, the crispy spring rolls. They were fine, but bland.
Then over the next bit we noticed that 4-5 tables who arrived after us received their food, but we had not. Our waiter came bye eventually to say our food was almost ready.
Another 10 minutes went by and we noticed other tables who had received the wrong dish we're getting refires and still no food. The waiter noticed we still had no food and he went to the pass but didn't come back.
After another 10 minutes we called the waiter over and asked for our order to go. We received another apology but no explanation.
After yet another 10 minutes the waiter came to tell us everything was ready except for one dish. Clearly it hadn't even been started until we asked for our order to go. Again, an apology but no explanation.
All told we were there for 90 minutes. I waited to write the review until after we ate the food at home. It was fine, but not even close to being good enough to return.

Let me preface this by saying my wife and I eat here about once every 2 weeks as Pho is our favorite food. We have never had an issue before now and our food is always correct. This last time we ate there, this was not the case. The beef pho comes with meatballs and we always get ours with out meat balls. Again, we eat here a lot and its always been correct. So today when we got our pho we noticed meatballs in it. My wife stared to just fish them out and I was already adding the jalapeños and sprouts to mine so we were just going to fish out the meatballs and not complain. Mistakes happen and we get that. Now here comes the disgusting part. As we are fishing out the meatballs the waitress comes over and insists on making it right. We brush it off and say no thanks and she keeps insisting she wants to have the kitchen fix it. So we let her take the bowls back to the kitchen. She returns in about 2 mins and sets the SAME bowls down in front of us. All she did was take it back in the kitchen while who knows who fished out the meatballs. This is not only a health code violation but just gross in general. They tried to offer us free coffee and some other nonsense to make up for it but we were much to grossed out to eat anymore. So TL;DR dont send any food back if you eat here becasue who knows what they are doing to it in the back. I can only assume they wanted to save the meatballs for another diner 🤮

Food was amazing as always. But the bill at the end had 18% gratuity for our party of 6 which was fine but after our cards were ran I noticed the amount was different. The tip had been bumped to auto 20% . Not a large $$ amount difference but super shady. I would have tipped the extra anyway so I didn't say anything but buyers beware. Check your receipts. Other reviews already mentioned the smokiness and uncomfortable chairs.
