First of all let me start off by saying the food is delicious. BUT' watch out using the ATM machine!!!! I got charged for food on my credit card and I haven't even gotten out of bed that day. So of course I'm disputing that. And also I have the receipt from when I did eat there a few days ago. My receipt said $20 and some odd cents. Put on my credit card statement is said $25 and some odd cents. So therefore not only there are they trying to get me for 22 and something but now they're also trying to get me for $5. DO NOT USE THERE ATM!!!!!!. AND ALSO I ASKED FOR PACKAGES OF KETCHUP BECAUSE WE WERE ON BIKES AND THE GUY SAID I'M SORRY WE'RE RUNNING LOW WE HAVE TO SAVE THEM... I'M A PAYING CUSTOMER. WHO ELSE COULD YOU BE SAVING THEM FOR THAT WAS THE MOST IDIOTIC STATEMENT I'VE EVER HEARD COME OUT OF A PERSON'S MOUTH.. I SHOULD HAVE SAID WHO YOU SAVING THEM FOR THE ?????? Whoever's in charge you need to talk to your employees. And when they say that you're paying with a credit or debit card oh they make you wait because I guess the tip thing.

Food is usually fantastic! However, it is really aggravating to wait 30 minutes to be served and see two cars who arrived after you be served before you. This has now happened multiple times which really puts a bad taste in my mouth.

Wonderful place, a definite must visit for anyone going to louisville, place is definitely showing signs of age but is still incredible by all means of the word. Wonderful burgers, and good quality service!

This is my first time coming here and it wont be the last. From the price to the taste, everything was amazing. Though it took a bit for the food to be served, the burger and fries were piping hot. The double cheeseburger had gooey melty cheese and the patties were juicy. For a smaller burger it packed a punch and filled me up. Definitely a staple of the city that i think everyone should try
