Extremely Disappointed – Delayed Order & Poor Service
I had a terrible experience with this Domino’s location. Placed an order for three pizzas at 9:00 PM, and even after 1.5 hours, it was still stuck in the preparation stage. Tried calling the store multiple times, but either they wouldn’t answer, or when they did, they refused to provide any updates.
Such poor customer service is unacceptable. We even recorded a video of the situation, showing how unresponsive and unhelpful the staff was. Definitely not the service we expect from Domino’s!
Would appreciate if the management takes this seriously and ensures this doesn’t happen to other customers.

Took forever for them to make my pizza. I ordered on line. And after I got to the store they were doing orders out of order for doordash and uber eats. Not good business. It took 90 mins from placing my pickup order to getting my order.

They speak no English so when you have an issue they are not able to understand or at least they act like they don't understand. The app that tells you your pizza is ready is 100% wrong so you waste a trip and still have to wait 45 minutes. Then they do nothing absolutely nothing about it.

These people clearly don’t know what they’re doing. I tried to give grace due to the storm, 20 minutes after estimated arrival and still nothing. Tried calling the store, no one answered. By the 3rd call, someone answers but no one says anything. I could literally hear people in the background talking. I try to get their attention four times and they hang up on me. I tried calling again, sends me straight to advertising. Do not order from this store.

The same problem as most these days, waiting for hours, they cancel the order out of nowhere, and didn't fully refund.

This dominos sucks. My gamoly ordered a pizza outside of normal rush hour and 2 hours later it said it was still "being prepped". They also never answer the phone so there is no way to see what is going on. By the time dominos closed we still had not received our pizza and have heard nothing about it.

Worst experience I have had no one spoke English. So when I tried to check my order for delivery I did on line no one answered . Went to store and NO ONE SPOKE ENGLISH THEY COULD NOT FIND ORDER AND WAS COLD BECAUSE IT HAD VEEN WAY OVER ON HOUR!; I DEMAND REFUND. And again no English and gave me run around !!;
