Well I'm pretty sure you have a quality check when you cut the pizza before you put it into a box as I've worked at several pizza places. The quality check is literally done with your eyes. So someone decided to not care that the entire crust around my pizza was burnt black. Unless somehow you have a blind man cutting my pizza there's literally no excuse for your laziness and deliberate neglect of the quality of my food.

I have always liked this Domino's location. All the drivers and anyone I've spoken to on the phone have always been very courteous and kind. I would like to thank them, in particular, for fixing our issue last night. I ordered the lava crunch cake at the request of my son who had gotten 100% on his math the day prior. We accidentally received bread bites instead. It happens. I called and explained and asked what I could do. The person on the phone apologized in a heartfelt way and said they'd just make a new batch and send them out right away. The new lava cakes arrived in 15 minutes! I am very grateful for that and son got his special treat! Thank you! Keep it up!
I should also mention that the pizza was very tasty and the crust was seasoned well so nothing was bland. 😊

Loved my experience there the inside was clean. The manager Will was very nice and the inside was decorated for halloween which really bought good holiday spirit to my kids. definitely will be going again. Great job guys!
Parking: good amount of spots in a not so busy area and all the spots are close to the door which is nice

We didn't have the best experience with our first try at all. However we tried again, and I'm very happy we did! The food is fresh and warm. The delivery time is normally less than they say, and the drivers are very friendly.

The order was cold I begged them to please remember to cook my chicken wings well done I told them I tell them every time to please not to forget it this time and they didn't do a thing so I just won't eat those chicken wings or anything else from there from now on and I order Domino's 2 or 3 times a week I have a place in shepardsville I order from a place in Brooks I order from and a place in hillview I order from just pull up my name you will see I eat a lot of dominoes but I refuse to eat there again the guy that called himself the manager at the shepardsville store was a straight up jerk to me in the phone he said he couldn't care less if I never ordered from there again I said wow ok then that's that no more Domino's for me
