Ordered and paid online for 3 pizzas at 6:07pm. The website said order will be ready for pickup in 14-19 minutes. I arrived at 6:25pm and touched the “I’ve arrived” button which was immediately acknowledged. Then after sitting for 12 minutes I was told that my pizzas went into the oven at 6:37pm, a full 30 min after I ordered and 12 minutes after I arrived for pickup. I hadn’t been to Dominos for awhile and thought I’d try it again. Now I think I know why I haven’t been here. TERRIBLE service. Absolutely disappointed. Guess I’ll stick with Papa Murphy’s or Little Caesar’s.

Delivery driver must have some type of reading disorder. Sleeping baby was told to put my food at the door didn’t do so I was gonna tip cash until he slammed on my door twice and tried to leave. Some people should be unemployed

Well I'm pretty sure you have a quality check when you cut the pizza before you put it into a box as I've worked at several pizza places. The quality check is literally done with your eyes. So someone decided to not care that the entire crust around my pizza was burnt black. Unless somehow you have a blind man cutting my pizza there's literally no excuse for your laziness and deliberate neglect of the quality of my food.

I have always liked this Domino's location. All the drivers and anyone I've spoken to on the phone have always been very courteous and kind. I would like to thank them, in particular, for fixing our issue last night. I ordered the lava crunch cake at the request of my son who had gotten 100% on his math the day prior. We accidentally received bread bites instead. It happens. I called and explained and asked what I could do. The person on the phone apologized in a heartfelt way and said they'd just make a new batch and send them out right away. The new lava cakes arrived in 15 minutes! I am very grateful for that and son got his special treat! Thank you! Keep it up!
I should also mention that the pizza was very tasty and the crust was seasoned well so nothing was bland. 😊

Loved my experience there the inside was clean. The manager Will was very nice and the inside was decorated for halloween which really bought good holiday spirit to my kids. definitely will be going again. Great job guys!
Parking: good amount of spots in a not so busy area and all the spots are close to the door which is nice
