When you order from here, expect to wait 1 to 3 hours while it’s stuck on prep. After a few hours wait you have a 50\50 chance it will even come. They may call and say they can’t deliever after waiting 2 hours like they did to me last time. As I type this I’ve waited an hour, Ito still on prep, I’m starving, can’t order from somewhere else since I’ve already ordered, and I’m curious how much longer I’ll have to wait to either find out it’s coming or not. This is my absolute last time ordering from here. I’m going with papa John’s but anywhere has to be better than hours and hours of waiting, a 50/50 chance it’s coming, and you won’t even get a coupon as it’s just in “prep”.

Fifth weekend in a row had my order canceled 20 minutes after I placed it because the store has no drivers.to deliver it. Then to compound the problem it appears that Domino's on a corporate level has decided that they will allow their franchise locations to claim specific territories to which they and they alone are allowed to deliver to.. This means that even though I have a different location that has a driver and is actually closer to my address, I cannot choose to get delivery service because the store with the driver isn't allowed to fulfill orders to my address. Last weekend I had to resort to bribing my alternate location which is 2.1 Mi away to do in off the books delivery for $20 and this weekend I'm calling Papa John's

They keep cancelling the order, don't answer the phone and can't tell me why the order got cancelled.And I paid for 2 sauce cups and they didn't sent with delivery.This has to be the worst Domino's out there

I haven’t ordered from dominos in a few months because the last few times have been less than satisfactory overall. The pizza was all burnt and took forever to be delivered.I must say there has to be new management or something changed recently. I ordered tonight and it was at my door in less than 20 minutes. I asked them not to knock because I didn’t want my dogs to go wild. They respected my wishes. Oh. And the food. Top notch. Best food I’ve had from dominos ever.

I ordered food today, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. My order arrived burnt, and crucial customizations were missing. Despite bringing this to the attention of the manager, they failed to acknowledge the mistake and abruptly hung up, insisting they had personally handled the order. I'm extremely disappointed that the situation wasn't resolved, as evidenced by the attached picture proving the inaccuracies.

Ordered on Super Bowl Sunday and an hour into my wait for delivery, they canceled my order. Gave no reason. Called and waited on hold for 47 minutes. Gave up. This is the second time there was a foul up. The first was breadsticks and I waited just under 3 hours for them to arrive. Will never order from this store again. Going to call Jet's from now on. Better pizza anyway.

Called in an order for a pizza tonight for delivery and called to check on it after waiting 40 minutes. The employee who answered told us that he was the only one in the building and had no drivers, and all orders have been canceled. We received no notice by email, call, or text. We offered to drive and pick it up but he said it was never made and he was just trying to clean up and had to leave in 30 minutes. I've gotten delivery from this store chronically, they're usually very polite and fast but this is just insane. Staff your store and if something get canceled tell the person who ordered
