Terry! Omg! Best customer service ever! A very long time ago, I worked in the food service industry during high school and college. Although I’m always sympathetic to service industry workers after 20 years removed, I still will always recognize great service and food even though I know the workers don’t have to. Hats off to Terry and Dominos on lower Brownsboro tonight for delivering amazing customer service and food!!!!

Manager of this store is a great person good customer service, rest of staff including call center terrible called BK to receive my credit tried to order two hrs was told a specific way to order did this still couldn't order and the other mgr had no idea what do was told by a mgr i had. To wait 30 min for a mgr to get BK never again, almost left out the fact that I was hung up on the phone calls are recorded so when I file my formal complaint with corporate then I am asking for the call to be listened to

Ordered online. Went to pick up the pizza and the girl at the counter said she didn't have a ticket for us. Waited 15 more minutes and she continued to say they didn't have a ticket for us. She ignored me and I finally got her attention and asked her are you sure it's not the two that are done on the Shelf. Then she looked and said oh I guess that's them. It was ridiculous. The pizzas are cold and they definitely need some help that can read and do their job.

Ordered online and 2 hours later still no pizza. It has been in quality check for 1.5 hours. And have been calling the store for 30 min just to still get no answer..
Rude. Waited well over 30 minutes for my pizza. Finally canceled and left. Won't ever go back!

We put an order in almost an hour ago. (53 minutes) The delivery showed quality check for 20 minutes if not longer. It was supposed to be delivered 30 minutes ago and the driver is driving in circles around downtown louisville.
The driver was very sweet and kind. He bowed which is very respectful. He brought the rating from one star to three start.

I ordered my food around 8:45pm and spent $42.00 for 16 wings, large Hawaiian pizza, 2litter sprite and a pepperoni cheese bread. Estimated delivery was 9:30pm which I was okay with ya know it’s late for a week night for dinner but It didn’t get to my apartment until 10:58 at night?!
I noticed the driver was driving all over downtown Louisville and the time kept going up and up. My wife decided to eat a snack and went to bed at this point and I waited for this order that I spent a good portion of money on and honestly excited for, but slowly excitement turned into irritation.
When the driver got to my apartment he sat outside for 7min so I got up and went down there because if he’s not gonna come to my door, I’ll go to his. He was polite and after I asked why it took 2 hours and he apologized. i respect him and I understand it happens but it was aggravating to see he was on his phone with his music blasting while ive already waited for over 2 hours.
now too late for us to eat. I tried one of the wings and they were soggy and breading falling off the chicken. The boxes my food came in were flimsy due to steam/condensation, which explained the soggy food. This has been a really poor experience and I’m utterly disappointed. I live 6min away from dominos which made me regret even delivering because of my long day at work.
I normally never eat dominos and especially deliver it, but unfortunately I don’t think this dominos location will not see another penny from my wallet again.

Experience consistently is unpredictable they are either rude or worse ratchet! Employees lack customer service and they are all different nationalities so, No race is not the problem it’s management, on the job training and lack of home training as well. This location is in a nice area but the workers behave like they live and travel from the rough side of town.
Parking: small parking lot and the delivery drivers take up the parking spaces available
