I placed my order online at 4:47 and was told it would be ready at 4:57. This gave me just enough time to drive there, have my pizza delivered curbside and be home with my hot pizza 20 minutes after I placed the order. It was delicious and a great value! This is a very well Rose establishment!

Last night ordered a large buffalo chicken pizza it got delivered with no buffalo sauce. This is the second time this has happened and I'm just sick of it. I called the store and right away there was attitude in her voice, and like she didn't want to be bothered. The lady Christine asked us if we had buffalo sauce of our own and to put that on the pizza. Shocked that she would say that I didn't have a response right away and after a moment of silence she said could send a driver to deliver buffalo sauce to us. I would never expect to hear something like that from a place that has good customer service. We told her by the time the sauce got to us the pizza would be cold so instead of saying I'm sorry or will give you a refund or will give you a free pizza next time she said there's nothing more I can do for you if you don't want that. Have a good night After she said that I got heated we started going back-and-forth. She was talking over me wouldn't let me get a word and wouldn't let me express how horrible her customer service was. It was a nightmare and I want my money back.

instead of texting, they called my house five times from an unnoticed number from Frankfort Kentucky then cancelled my orderI revised this order b/c they do find my house in the daylight ?Parking: Parking in front of store.Automatic doors for handicapped would be nice. Pretty sure they’d bring pizza to car.

Domino's says they're loaded tater tots are good well I made these and they look better than Domino's and their tater tots are not all completely done and they are very horrible so try these and see what you say and you and it cost less than what they charge you for those there and you get very little stuff on your load of tater tots at Domino's

Had a craving for some pizza so I called in a 3 topping pizza. The call itself seemed like it was a call service and they do try to sell you other stuff but I just politely declined. They told me it would be 11-19 minutes so I went with the 11 minute timeframe. I arrived and it wasn’t ready so I sat down. They seemed busy and a little short staffed so I waited patiently until my pizza was ready. I work in food and I know this very well. The pizza is very good and was still hot when I got home with it. Love the seasoning added to the crust!

Every single time I order from there it’s incorrect and soggy. I can never get anyone to answer the phones to correct it and employees and insanely rude. Someone rolled their eyes at me for asking for the rest of my order. As if I was putting her out of her way.. Very dirty and very rude. Don’t waste time or money there.
