Night shift is horrible. They do not care. When you call, they hang up on you. You never get what you ask for and never faster than an hour. Loved Domino's since I was a kid, switching to Pizza Hut after my last few experiences.

This store has the worst customer service, and delivery competence of any food chain I have ever dealt with. I wouldn't trust them to make/deliver a mud pie. If you schedule an order, expect it to be an hour or more late if it ever even shows up and expect workers to treat you with zero respect.

Several weeks ago I ordered a Philly cheese steak pizza and some chicken bites to be delivered to my home it took over 2 hours to get there I tried speaking with the representative here in Louisville and the best I got was that I would get an emergency Pizza which I found out they're offering to everyone when they get enough points so it didn't even come close to meeting the price that I paid for my items which is like $30 it was ice cold and took 2 hours to get here and when I contacted the manager at the store or the employee whichever it was they said well we only have one driver okay so how do I get compensated I've still yet to hear anything from them but when I went in there tonight to get the emergency Pizza the employees were nice but kind of like disinterested.The pizza was great it was definitely warm looked beautiful and I was happy with my purchaseI do feel like they might need some type of training or management skills or something to work with the publicParking: Plenty of parking available. A little bit difficult to get in and out if you're not familiar with the area

The food is good, but you usually have to wait longer than advertised. This store has problems. Everytime I walk in to pick-up, it looks chaotic behind the counter. I hope they get it together.
