Ordered a takeout and waited as long as a delivery would’ve taken and I live next to this location and come often. Arrived at the store at 9:10 and was told it would be ready in 8 minutes and didn’t get the pizza until almost 930 and I was the only one in there

Stopped in today to pick up pizza for an early dinner. Was between the lunch and dinner rush, around 2:00 p.m.Had a great experience, the one man running the restaurant was putting out pizzas on time. Restaurant was nice and organized. Great experience.

To go order. Always great food especially the oven baked sandwiches, I understand they get busy sometimes unlike some other reviews. It’s a pizza store, if you order during peak hours it’s going to be a while, especially for delivery. I plan ahead and use the tracker and if it’s delivery and it’s late, I automatically get 60 reward points (worth a free pizza) before I even get a chance to complain

I love their chicken habanero sandwiches. And have found a favorite with the spinach feta cheesy bread. Depends on which pizza crust you like. Some are great and some not so much. But you have about five choices. They have really expanded their menu. Plus they deliver & you don't have to go through a Door Dash to get it & get charged for delivery. And yes, I do tip the driver but I can do that online.

Very bad experience again from this store as we got the wrong order once again & a very rude driver named Douglas.Driver came back ( Douglas) after I called the store & he was extremely rude & even demanded the other order back & never once apologized or said a single word about the mishap. The store manager’s excuse to me was “There scrapping the barrel for drivers”… After arguing with him, as I felt like he was defending the driver’s actions by telling me I needed to be more understanding.He did credit me back which was the right thing to do at least since now I had a cold pizza.I don’t recommend this store whatsoever until they can get it together.Rude drivers & poor management which is obviously a reflection of poor ownership in most cases.

Pizza is one of my favorite foods. I can eat all kinds from all different places this Domino’s Pizza was the worst I have ever had in my life and I’m 67 years old. I was staying at the Hilton Garden Inn, which is also a dump and order it and had to order $16 to get it delivered. Absolutely terrible and I sure hope everyone shares this.

Ordered pizza on a Monday night while staying at the Hilton Garden Inn and was given an eta of 20 minutes. After 45 minutes, still no pizza. When I called I was told that they only had one driver and the pizza was being put in. 45 minutes after that, still nothing. It took 2 hours to get my order on a Monday.

The toppings looks like they just threw them on the pizza I ordered mushrooms spinach that’s how they delivered my food

I had such a great customer service experience here! Kandis (glad I asked how you spell it!) was fantastic. I needed a very large order placed same day and she was so patient and helpful, including helping me navigate through current deals to get the best bang for my buck. Delivered right on time, super hot, and everyone was happy and full. Thank you for taking care of us - we will definitely order from you again!

This has gotta be the best Domino's in the area. Generally speaking, I'm a bigger fan of Domino's than most, and this location in particular really punches above its weight. The order accuracy is on point, the staff is good-natured and the pies are ready FAST. When you place a pickup order online, the website gives approximate wait times for each Domino's nearby. This location always seems to have one of the shortest waits (if not THE shortest).The parking situation is kind of wonky but that's par for the course in this corner of St. Matthews. Beyond that, this is Domino's at its best.
