I hate to be that person but the purpose of carside is well you know food delivered to you cars side. 3rd time in a row where I’ve had to get my toddler and me out of my car to collect our food. It’s cold wet and dark and just me my toddler and baby bump in the dark.. please do better

Ordered pizza for my crew at work as a small reward for their hard work during some hard days. Put the order in hours in advance. Set to deliver at 10pm. Website showed at 10:15pm it wasn’t even being made yet. And they wouldn’t answer the phone. The crew left hungry and I couldn’t get ahold of anyone to get my money back. Absolute garbage. Don’t waste your time.

ordered on the app, never even got past 'ordered'. we went and they said it wasnt there, and once we'd gotten to another dominos then home, they refused to answer the phone even when called back to back.

Came for a large carryout order last week. Arrived just after the tracker said "ready," less than 2 minutes. I was parking as the notification came.No order there, but it showed as ready on the board. No one came in or out while I was there and explaining through the employee's Google Translate app (no one there at the time spoke English, which is fine as long as you aren't giving orders to the wrong people) that their tech is saying my order is ready just now.He pulled it up on the register and I pointed to it. He kept saying it was already picked up. We went around and around about it and then they remade the large order.I guess they hurried it or something, because it wasn't nearly as good. Very little pepperoni (was supposed to be extra pepperoni) but a boatload of cheese. I guess they figured extra cheese and an extra order of knots would make up for it. I appreciated the "gift" but I would rather have had my order as ordered and not given away to some random person.

Absolutely the worst. Had 4 things on my order. And the entire order was butchered to the max. Not to mention that despite them following through with the tracker, they weren’t actually even making my food to begin with. Instead they decided to empty their cash drawers, cashed out my order, left my receipt in their printer, and forgot my order entirely. They apologized and then made it while I waited. The pizzas looked okay when I checked at the counter, but I made the mistake of not fully opening up the pasta bowl. More on that in a second. And they didn’t have my 2-liter but offered me a 20oz - that’s okay I get it. I get home, grab a slice of the cheese pizza (barely due to how thin it was) and It’s freaking spicy as hell…. Why? Then the chicken bacon ranch pizza couldn’t even be held because it was so thin as well. Not to forget that the chicken was old and hard as a rock. Absolutely gross. I make it to the Italian Marinara pasta bowl. I open it up to discover that it’s only a splash of Alfredo sauce with a sprinkle of cheese on top. No pasta. No meats. Not even the right sauce to begin with. Absolutely sad excuse of a place I stg. I live right down the street. This isn’t the first time I’ve been through it with these people. Only reason I give them a chance every once in awhile is only because they’re open a bit later than the papa johns down the street. Had I been off work a little earlier, maybe I could’ve actually got some proper food and service from papa johns instead. Smh. Pure incompetence from whoever it is managing this dump. Last chance I’m giving them. Save your money, order elsewhere.

Horrible service this blonde lady was speaking on her phone will taking my order literally messed up the order and then proceeded to cook it wrong while speaking on the phone, very unprofessional, very rude towards me and my husband once we got our food and confirmed it was wrong I usually get helped by an older male Hispanic who gets everything right and perfect service from him but this lady never seen her before I top of all that we had to wait another 20 minutes for our food to be fixed time wasted because of her talking on the phone and taking her sweet timeOn our food and stopping to make conversation Hand to us our last pizza box without doing the box right end up spilling on to our car and making huge mess!!! Wouldn't go again if she's working there
