It was my job to pick up the pizza and pay for it for a club meeting. Although the pizza was ready when I got there and service was polite I thought the pizza(s) was a bit salty and greasy. To be fair some of the club members enjoyed the pizza. As an American Italian I am a little more picky about the quality of pizza I get.

Delivery driver forgot my items I paid for I asked him about it and he replied "sorry I don't speak English" so I called the store and the manager asked me if I wanted it to be re delivered or credited to my account and really wanted me to just credit it. no I want what I paid for. So he replied with will have him deliver it within the next 30 minutes. 45 minutes later i call they put me in hold and sit in the back ground and talk .so I hung up and called back and he tells me his driver is "missing"!!! And once again ask me to credit it. And then tells me that his employees don't speak English and it's hard for them to do there stuff right!! And then said he didn't like my husbands attitude and hung up on us without fixing the situation!! Very rude and disrespectful . Terrible way to run a business!!!

Thanks for stealing $15 from me for the second time. Every time I order from here they forget one or more things. Tonight it was a whole pizza. They have a bunch of little teenagers running around there that can't see why a credit is bull. Why would I order from them again? This is the 2nd time I got ripped off. Not to mention the 2 pizzas that arrived were ice cold. Do NOT order from here.

$16 worth of food and none of it is correct. Sauce less chicken, poorly cut pizza and the stuffed cheese bread was just bread. Avoid this location at all cost.

They were very rude, immature and highly discriminatory at this location. Especially one of the boys. My refund is based on discrimination and the terrible service. I couldn’t morally eat food made by such a person. Be careful getting your food from here, in fact just don’t.

My pizza was not delivered to my address. I saw how the car on the GPS followed the route to the store again and I have been waiting for my pizza and my drink for 1 hour. My money has been stolen.
Ladies and gentlemen, the DELIVERY service of this Domino's located at 6803 Southside Dr is extremely bad. They have stolen my money. Apparently they took my order to another address but never to mine. They called me and told me OMG that they would send me the order in 5 minutes and it never arrived.

I thought if we did carry-out, I'd get what I ordered. Last time I ordered, it was delivered to another address. This time, it's just wrong. I don't like thin crust pizza, or hand tossed. That's why I specifically order pan pizza. It's thick & the crust & cheese that touches the pan has just enough crunch. For some reason, I keep getting regular hand tossed instead of what I ordered. And what do you do when you have 3 hungry children who've been asking when they are going to eat? They don't care about the crust, as long as it's some kind of crust, with pepperoni & melted cheese, they are happy. But I'm really about to just let Domino's go & find a new pizzeria. 3 strikes, in a row! 3 different chances & none of them accurate. I'm spending my money. I want what I paid for. That's how it's supposed to be.
