Got a pizza today for the first time at this location and the pizza was absolutely one of the best I've ever had it looked like a work of art it was so good and just how I asked for it to be made! Thanks!

Rude. Slow ordered a pizza 2 hours ago. They had me on the phone for 45 minutes waiting to talk to him managers just so I could cancel the order. The last time I ordered from him before this the driver brought out the pizza sideways and when I called it in the manager actually had the audacity to say. What do you want me to do about it? And he wasn't friendly in his tone and saying that either

Zero stars all across the board!!! I online ordered tonight at 11:30 and my order was immediately canceled by the store with no reason given and I've been trying to get someone to answer since then and as soon as they picked up they hung up!! And Tuesday of this week no one would answer the phone to place an order started at 11:15. This place is a joke!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

So. We ordered two pizzas. Large pizzas. One peperoni one Philly cheese steak. We had called in the order and because they didn't answer it went to a call center. The woman barely spoke English so of course she put the order in wrong. We did not receive what we ordered. So we informed Nathan of this and he became very argumentative stating they made what was put in. We continued to try to inform Nathan of the situation and find a resolution, however Nathan's yelling was the only thing that could be heard. Nathan was in fact so furious he threw one final blow. Stating it's not our problem! Next time order online. This was at around 6:30pm 12/07/2024 I'm certain we're officially done with domino's. You all are dismissed

I ordered one single cheese pizza. after two hours, i called, was nice and explained i understood it was not their fault but i should not have to pay full price for a pizza i had to wait over 2 hours for. I would have still been happy to tip my driver. i was given a horrible attitude and told there was nothing that could be done, not even a coupon compensation or something. they said it would be another 30 minutes and all they could do is cancel my order. never ordering from here again.

The customer service at this location was horrible today. I frequent this particular dominos several times a month. Today, I ordered a carry out with chicken and bacon. When I got home, I noticed they put onions on it, which I am highly allergic to. When I called, the manager, Alexander, said he he would "cancel" the order. That's not helpful, as I don't have my car at the moment. He told me I could get dinner the same way I did when I picked up the pizza. When i asked to speak to a manager, he hung up. Great customer service is what sets you apart, and todays customer service is not what I am used to at Domino's. I am highly disappointed.
I usually don’t write reviews but today I feel like I need to. I order the large three toping $9.99 they advertise to take it to a friend for lunch. When i opened the pizza in the store I noticed that there was much less toppings on it. I asked if they put less amount on @9.99 special pizza? He said they actually are less because it’s three toppings so, three topping is 1/3 of each toppings?. There was barely any cheese on it with minimum amount toppings. This place used to be good. Honestly it was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I live in the walking distance from there but I would not go back to them again.

This location has yet to disappoint me. The pizza speaks for itself. It was hot, fresh and loaded with toppings. This is the NY style crust with Philly steak, mushrooms and black olives. ???? Taylorsville Rd. Location.
