SUPER DIRTY & Extremely unprofessional, rude both the staff & manager. I went in to place a carry out order with the 1 topping special for $7.99 With pepperoni. I asked for extra topping (pineapple) which I paid extra for. I get my pizza it is only pineapple & no sauce at all. I called store explained what happened they said to bring the pizza in to prove my order is wrong otherwise they don’t believe me. I went on my lunch break & am not leaving work just to accommodate their lack of attention to detail. I asked to speak to manager and she said she didn’t have time to deal with it to either hang up or put me on hold. The person on the phone said they didn’t know how to put me on hold. He asked me for my name, I told him he said good so we won’t let you place a order in the future. I’m taking this to corporate.

Never open, always no drivers, yet sometimes the app lets me place an order, then they let my phone ring once, hang up and cancel my order. I will never order from them again!!!

Not sure how and why I was able to make an online order when the store was closed. I found this out after showing up to the store and seeing the sign in the door. Waste of time

Worst management all time... more worried about gossiping on their phone than taking orders. Low IQ + Lazy = I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME THERE. By the way, store is filthy dirty.In regards to the response below... I am not interested in free stuff or discounts. I am a customer who actually likes your product but am sick and tired of the Managers at this location who demonstrate a horrid work ethic. No sense of urgency or even a polite "be with you in a moment", they are too busy involved in obvious personal calls, handling the phone and food products all at the same time with no gloves. Look at all the Bad Reviews for this location! Train your people! Papa Johns, Wicks, and others are just across the street... might want to clean up this store and get some quality employees who are not playing on a phone while making the pizza.

1 star because they never have delivery drivers, but still have the delivery option on their website. They can turn it off, but don’t.If I could give a seperate rating for customer service, it would be 5 stars. While it was frustrating to not have my pizza delivered, the person I spoke to was very kind and apologetic and you could tell they were upset they couldn’t deliver it for me.

Nice place, quick service but very limited options available under vegetarian category. Never try thin - just wastage of money.
