We had to wait over 2 hrs for our delivery and we only was 2 blocks away. We understand big orders happen and effect stores wait times, just we was not aware of the wait for we ordered online, and app said 25 mins, and it had already been a hr when we called and worker said it’d be another 45 mins to an hr longer wait for us. 30 mins later our delivery came and our ticket time said about 6 mins before they came, which would show they came straight to us from the store. Weather they forgot to make our order or they bumped our order ahead (we’re not sure), stores should be prepared for moments like these, or websites be more accurate.

Ordered pizza and pasta never came called for hours the manager CHRISTOPHER said multiple times the food would be delivered it never came when I called again he said sorry about your luck your money will be refunded within 10 days and hung up more than once simply hung up on me they owe me $25 plus tip

Haven't had Domino's in a while was really pleased with the experience they delivered my pizza and my garlic bites fast and efficient even though it was late. Food was great and thoroughly cooked as opposed to these other reviews 10 out of 10!

We ordered and picked up a large pepperoni, green pepper, black olive pizza a few weeks ago. We order this on average twice monthly. It’s always been great! But this pizza was not. A saucer size area of the crust tasted and looked like raw dough. It is odd that we ordered from an unaffiliated local restaurant Anne had the exact same thing happen. Maybe a bad batch of dough ingredients came into Louisville? I don’t know, but found it odd.

I used to love dominoes but the quality has gone downhill so much. I mean they barely even cooked my pizza lol. I also believe they changed the dough on the pan pizza because it has been terrible the past two times I’ve tried it. Hoping it was just two flukes in a row but we shall see…

Love this dominos. Been ordering from here for a few years now. They are always SUPER fast. I always do carry out because I live close by. So I cannot speak to their delivery service. Pizza is always ready within 15-20 minutes. I can’t get there fast enough! Note though that our order is usually just one large pizza.Car side delivery is awesome. Thank you dominos for helping me be more lazy than I already am.The pizza is always delicious, consistently!The garlic knots are also good. Sometimes they are made fresh, but sometimes not. Still tasty either way.Can’t beat the price. Highly recommend this location.

Always a great bunch of people that always seem to enjoy the company of their team mates. That too me and the fast delivery with quality of food and how they clean the store is why I order from them often or when I don't want to cook. Check out there deals cause sometimes the offers are like getting a free item.
