Duck Donuts

A nice place. That morning the counter person was definitely up late the night before. We had asked for two dozen donuts, which probably wasn't fair without calling in ahead of time. Otherwise, found the donuts tasty and every place we brought them as a morning gift when visiting various locations, they were welcome and enjoyed.

The women taking our order was very pleasant and professional, the donuts were amazing they were made to order, nice and hot, one of the best donuts around. It was a very fun atmosphere and they even sell rubber Ducky's.

Average at best for donuts. There appears to be more going on than needed, in order to serve donuts. They're just donuts remember? Just have them already freshly made. I order a single glazed and it took them too long to serve it. Once they did the quality of it was just average. The next time I have a taste for donuts I will "duck" Duck donuts and head to Jeff's. Pun intended...

An amazing place to discover! I’m a bit chaotic and hesitant on new things but the people working there were super friendly and answered any questions I had. The place has awesome vibes! The donut choices are a bit overwhelming as there’s so many but the people working helped with some suggestions and were completely fine with me taking a few mins to just decide what even to choose. I decided you can’t go wrong with the classics so I got a chocolate sprinkle, and glazed. Then decided to shake it up a bit with a blueberry lemonade and Oreo boardwalk. I also got the bacon egg and cheese bagel unfortunately I ate it too fast to remember to take a picture. They offer a self service machine in case you don’t do well with people which I thought was amazing. The donuts are made fresh and were warm and delicious as I got them! Definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to try out. I will say they do have a statement for those with food allergens that they can’t guarantee no cross contamination with any type of allergen so be mindful of that if that’s a concern. Prices aren’t unreasonable for quality and quickness of the food. I think I spent 15$ for 4 donuts, a bacon egg and cheese bagel and a milk. Otherwise a fantastic place that I look forward to going to again.

Good donuts, but super rude staff. Reminded me of an old Seinfeld episode. Several recent negative reviews about staff. Hopefully franchisee will take notice and address.

As some one who delivers food. Every time I come to this location the crew is always in the back of the store and completely in aware that they have orders that need to be filled.

I was very disappointed with the donuts. Even though they have a huge variety and are made to order, the donuts are heavy and very greasy.
