I am an avid Duck Donuts customer and until today I could speak no wrong of them. I ordered online and when I arrived to the store I spoke to the employee who was working and she did not acknowledge me or respond back. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, however within seconds later another customer of a different race came in the store and the employee greeted them with the most pleasant behavior. At that point I didn't like the service and treatment I received, so I asked for my money back. I was given push back and the runaround regarding my refund. Turns out the rude and racist employee was the manager. I don't understand how someone can be blatantly rude and racist, but in the business of service and leadership. The service I experienced was absolutely disgusting and trash, and it doesn't matter how good the Donuts are, I will never spend another dime with them.

Delicious donuts, however the service we experienced was TRASH!The so-called manager was very unpleasant and chose to use selective customer recognition. To top it off she was uneducated on how to issue a refund! This particular manager behavior towards my family was truly boarder line racist. I WILL NEVER SUPPORT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN.

The donuts themselves were wack! The dough tasted as if it was cooked completely. I appreciate a warm donut but not so warm that the glaze melts off of the donut.The atmosphere and staff were nice. Not a place I’ll ever go to for my donut cravings.

Donuts were good, but I'm used to walking into a bakery and seeing racks of donuts to look at rather than seeing pictures of donuts. I know the donuts are fresh, but I'm used to shops like Heitzman Bakery.

If I could give a 0 star I would. This service was the worst I’ve ever experienced and I’m old so I’ve been around. Walked in around 2:00, nobody in the store. Nobody at the front desk. Stand there and listen to the employees talking in the back room. A lady walks up to the counter and doesn’t speak to me. Like at all. I’m like.. mmmk, I would like a strawberry and a cinnamon. She literally proceeds to make it, rings me up and says “$4.50. I’m thinking I must be in the twilight zone. Then she’s like; “you want a receipt?” I wanted to scream at them WHY ARE YOU NOT GREETING YOUR GUESTS OR AT LEAST SAYING THANK YOU???? I won’t be back. Matter of fact.. the donuts were average at best.Management, if you want to stay open- FIX THIS.

Duck Donuts are the best doughnuts ever made especially if you eat them as soon as they are given too you better then Krispy Kreme in that regard also better then donuts that are served with glaze and are big as air my previous favorite if you didn’t like icing on doughnuts before the workers put just enough too make you not even notice I have never been addicted too doughnuts before these donuts will make you skip candy as your go too option I would suggest at least two you will know your office doesn’t care about your work performance at your job if they bring the team a box of donuts that are not these.

these donuts are amazing!! made to order so they’re hot & fresh. they have such a variety of topping options! each donut is made with the same cake base so the only thing that varies is the topping. highly recommend the s’mores donut. i wish there was more seating in the restaurant. they only have 3 or 4 stools along a counter by the window so most people had to stand while waiting
