Was unable to order anything. The drive-through worker kept speaking too fast with a very heavy accent, unable to understand it all even when asking to repeat questions. Was going to go in to order, but they do not seem to have a dine-in area so we just left without getting anything.

This is my favorite Dunkin to go to. I live off Dixie and I STILL come to this one when I want Dunkin. The customer service is great, coffee and other drinks are great too! I haven’t had a bad experience here yet.

I was coming here a lot and loved the lady and her husband that work there they where always kind and we had a great relationship the drinks were always made right but since she has not been there the service sucks the drinks suck the only time we have good service is when her husband comes to the window I hope she gets back real soon because I'm really thinking about not going anymore

10/14/2024. Worst dunkin donuts ever !!!!! I made an mobile order so I could enjoy the 14 days free drinks. The cashier did not want to give it to me , and He did not want to read the rewards instructions. It is just a bunch of dsrespectful people who work there.

The person who ran the drive through didn’t even speak English, and when I got my pumpkin spice latte, it just tasted like pumpkin milk. No coffee to it. We had to repeat our order at least 10 times. It was a complete waste of money. Never again.
