They can't get your order right the first, second, third or 25th time. Order glazed and get chocolate. Order a large coffee and get a medium. Ask for oat? You'll get regular dairy.
If you like wasting money hit them up.

I was coming here a lot and loved the lady and her husband that work there they where always kind and we had a great relationship the drinks were always made right but since she has not been there the service sucks the drinks suck the only time we have good service is when her husband comes to the window I hope she gets back real soon because I'm really thinking about not going anymore

10/14/2024. Worst dunkin donuts ever !!!!! I made an mobile order so I could enjoy the 14 days free drinks. The cashier did not want to give it to me , and He did not want to read the rewards instructions. It is just a bunch of dsrespectful people who work there.

The person who ran the drive through didn’t even speak English, and when I got my pumpkin spice latte, it just tasted like pumpkin milk. No coffee to it. We had to repeat our order at least 10 times. It was a complete waste of money. Never again.

ANTS! ANTS IN MY DONUTS!! DISGUSTING! LEARN TO CLEAN YOUR RESTAURANT! Stop leaving sugar around and put your food up properly! Just lets you know things are NOT stored properly!
I didn't know they were just a drive thru. Nothing wrong, I just like to go in and have coffee and donut. The menu seemed a bit short of selections, but donuts were good. Ordered the breakfast sandwiches, one sausage and side of bacon..bacon good but didn't know it was spiced a little to hot but cooked perfect. Service was good, food ok, atmosphere,not for me.

I love it here!!!!!! Umdi is the best! She makes the best coffee, gives the best service and never disappoints. If you want good coffee donuts and grilled cheese this is the place. There is a location closer to me than this one, but I drive 15 minutes away everyday to come here. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

I have read a lot of these reviews saying how rude the workers are, I've been coming here for about 8 months and I had switched from the FernValley location because they just kept serving me warm milk which for $10 a day I can get that at home much cheaper! I order 2 large hot chai lattes every day, The Preston location got it right every time and would cut up with me and were just generally friendly. There were days when they were busy that it was just a risk but I hey that, I'm super sad to see they closed with no warning! I'd love to know why so if anyone had this info please let me know.
