The staff at this location seem like they all hate their job. They don’t appear to work as a team. Customer service skills are also lacking here. Maybe they just need some appreciation from upper management, I’m not sure but the customer service skills could definitely use some improvement. Customers walk in and they look miserable to serve you. Would not recommend this location if you are having a great morning because this environment will drain you!

Had to update this review. This place is good. Still fast food type quality. Miss more of a selection of donuts. But understand why. Clean bathroom. Hope the kids don't destroy it. They try to limit them hanging out. Still think places should cook more of their food. But speed always wins. This is more a corporate issue for sure. Got to make that money for the rich.

The food and drinks were fine BUT the customer service was terrible. Went one day and placed the order online and had no problem. The very next day we went and ordered the same thing but didn’t place it online and was told they didn’t make that drink. Every employee needs to know how to make any drink offered there. I as the customer should not have to pull out of the drive thru and place the order on the app so it will tell you EXACTLY how to do your job.

I stopped at this Dunkin Donuts on Outer Loop and had the best service! The gentleman who helped me was not only quick and professional but also very friendly and sociable. It made my quick stop feel like a great experience. Thank you for brightening my day—keep up the awesome work!
They had a lot of good works in the begining now its the same old unfriendly guy everytime who is gunna kill his own buisness!! . When you add extra aoli to a wrap you will get none! All it takes is someone to read the damn ticket and not miss steps. You have 1 job and if 4 ingredients is to much then you shouldn't probably working food service!!

I Went to get donuts 🍩 this morning! & they were so dry it was like they had been sitting out since they opened at 5:30am ..I went around 10:30am! This location hasn’t even been open a year! Yet so There isn’t no excuse for the food not to be fresh!!!. They didn’t give me a receipt either or I would’ve returned them. They went straight into the trash 🗑️ can where they belong!!…DO BETTER!!

Staff are very rude and negative and ignore me for about almost 10 minutes when one of the girls working there Finally decided to take my order she came over with this annoyed look and asked me what I wanted Rudely I got my stuff the food was ok I guess but the staff are rude/Negative I would not recommend coming here at all It’s not my first time this has happen.

Me and a friend walk in and they ignore us for five minutes and they saw us multiple times and even walked past us as we were waiting at the counter then finally I said we need someone then one of the ladies working there. Huffed went over and was very rude And impatient and it’s not The first time it’s happened
