This is probably the worst Duckin Donut establishment I have ever been in. 2 people in line and took 20 minutes to get a cup of Hot Coffee. Who ever the manager is should be resigned or demoted. Went to this place 2 different times, results the same.

We were visiting from out of town and I was so excited to see a Dunkin close to our hotel. That excitement quickly changed to disappointment when I got back To the hotel and opened my sandwich. It smelled as gross as it looks. I ended up having to throw it away as I didn’t have time to go back to the restaurant. I emailed Dunkin customer service and didn’t get a response, so I’m leaving this review. I paid $5 for a rotten sandwich. Always check your food before leaving this establishment.

Even though this is a chain, the staff makes it feel like a local shop. Once I learned my perfect latte combo (2 butter pecan 1 caramel) this dunkin' became my go to. There are always conventions and events downtown but I have witnessed the staff have a line out the door cleared in minutes. I mostly use the app so I can run in and out so it's convenient and parking is always available for this reason.
