They could do better. Dunkin is a franchise the staff cant even follow recipes. Serving orders even when ingredients are missing or they have ran out. Pooring drinks without consistency let alone brand standards. This includes management. Try another location.

This Dunkin’ Donuts location was extraordinarily friendly to me this morning. I was the first customer and walked in for a catering order and they made me fresh coffee and did not seem stressed that I put orders in for donuts after first opening. The store was clean and offer us plenty of seating. The large windows are a good place to see downtown Louisville and everything that it contains on the street corner thank you for all of your help. I will be back smiley face.

I like Dunkin donuts coffee hot and cold options and food, especially wake up wraps. This visit I experienced cranky staff and not informed that my order could have been part of a deal. I realized this and asked for the deal price which was a bother to the counter staff.
