Detroit Hustles Harder

Great serviceBut they let the homeless/"unhoused" sit in there and beg for money. A lot of them.

This is honestly my go-to Preferably weekdays in the morning. The team, generally are great at keeping up orders, between mobile and walk-in, it can get a bit jumbled during conferences, events but in general I'm a mobile order, in and out type of person and my drink is right every time. The customer service is good, there are days where it's not awesome and you get a few messed up orders, attitudes, but overall it's consistent. The atmosphere of the place has gone down just with certain types of people, I used to sit down for hours and do homework, now you can barely walk in the door without someone asking you for something. Overall, for downtown, it's my go-to coffee spotDietary restrictions: There are non-dairy options available for drinks.

I was a little disappointed that I was unable to get the donuts I ordered, but given the excellence of the donuts I received I can't complain. I don't remember their name, but there were raised donuts that were filled and topped with chocolate that I could easily eat my weight in.

The food and staff was adequate, but the facility was very run down and dirty. There were several homeless people in and around the building. This was not a pleasant experience.

Hot matcha latte was perfect for this cold weather. Tasted as good as the Starbucks version. Was shorthanded and only 1 person working, but she handled it like a champ! Good enough service.

Service was excellent, the food was decent. it was free donut day!? the place is small, and the "homeless community"have really broken down the stools /seats. It's nice thatnthey allow tgem to come in off the streetBut the location needs to be expanded so that paying patrons have a clean, fresh ,safe environment to enjoy our meals & snacks.

Employee just stayed on the phone while I waited for my order. Took about 15 minutes for one sandwich. And they got the order wrong lol. The egg sandwiches had a weird taste to them. Couldn’t even finish it.

Service extremely slow every time I come to this location. There has been times no one was at the register and me and other customers have waited over 5 mins trying to get someone’s attention from the back. As a restaurant someone should always be attentive to when a customer walks in . Put a alarm or jiggle on the door . I have also received drinks that were mildly cool and not hot when I order a hot drink.

Went in there this morning for the first time. Place is nice and clean. Prices are not too bad. Ordered a couple sausage egg cheese croissants. They were pretty good. They seem to be pretty busy store. I noticed after I left there and waiting for the a lot people were walking past with coffee cups from there. They had me in and out in less than 10. The only reason I am giving them four stars not five the cashier was a foreigner. I was having a little trouble understanding her. Both her and the guy that gave me were friendly.Parking: There's only a couple spots to park in front of there with a meter.Wheelchair accessibility: This is not a wheelchair accessible restaurant. At least that I could see. Once you get inside there's a step that you have to go up to place your order and get it.

Today, I'm vending at a special event at Fourth Street Live. It was a bit cold, so I decided to walk to Duncan Donuts for some coffee or hot chocolate. First of all, I walked in and no one spoke to me. When I inquired about where I should order, someone took my order. The young lady that gave me my hot chocolate was sweet, but by then, I was totally turned off. AND...The hot chocolate wasn't even good. I will NEVER go back, and I will let all my friends, family, neighbors, and sorority sisters know NOT to visit there, too!
