I don’t want to be that person but it is so hard to express concerns to the workers at this store. I have had so many instances where I redeemed points and was not given whatever i redeemed my points for. They barely speak English so it’s hard to communicate any concerns to them. It is so frightening I am writing this as I am frustrated about my donut. I am very upset. The vibes in there are not it, they purposely make it freezing so no one can hang out in there. I do not like this Dunkin’ even a little bit I am so upset.

Stopped in this morning, no customers in store other than myself. Waited approx 10 minutes was not waited on even though there were workers standing around. Customer comes in later and they began getting his order. Will let people know if they want to get waited on Don’t Go To the Newburg location !!!!!

Person at the window yelled at me for saying I had a mobile order. I apologized if I caused an inconvenience but was still disrespected. Never coming back. Plain rude.

The service was absolutely fantastic! Very welcoming and appreciative for the business. However the donuts that we received were old and very stale. Did not take back because we were just passing through.

One of the worst i have seen.
They say 24 hours but they close lobby at 4 PM and there is only one person serving who is rude.
Really disappointed by the service. I wanted to use the restroom and purchase big but left disappointed. Very bad service and gesture..

The Indian lady taking orders at drive thru need to be replaced. She don't understand English very well, she talked over me, and this is why she got my order wrong. REPLACE HER!!! The guy at the window was nice!

I accidentally placed my mobile order twice and they refused to cancel the second order. They didn’t even have it ready! But there’s more. Since they wouldn’t refund me, (and I’ve decided NOT to get my bank involved) I have food for FOUR people. And the young man tries to hand me eight boxes WITHOUT A BAG. This is obviously a business habit - not offering bags. I held my calm about the money but I became irate with the teen who handed me the order (and I feel bad because he is doing EXACTLY what he is taught to do). I later realized I didn’t get everything I ordered!! The donuts were missing and no I did not call. I don’t want their food. 🙄 The sandwiches were awful - I threw most of it away. My teenage son didn’t want the extra sandwich and that’s saying something. The avocado toast was decent - one star for that.

As and American born Indian, I’m tired of Indian owned franchises and their frugal horrible service. They don’t care about customers; they put Money over everything. They don’t represent us well! Also there is No dine in service - only drive thru.

Went this morning, ordered 2 coffees, and 1/2 dozen donuts. Get to the window, they only had one coffee and the donuts, I told them I should have 2, they checked into it, fixed the problem no complaining or arguing about it, and didn't even ask me to pull forward like every other restaurant does. They handled the issue with respect and thoughtfulness. I absolutely love this location above all the others I've visited! Great job, and thank you for being people before business!
