Been to this location about 3 times over the course of a year and every time I get an iced coffee with a little bit of milk but they serve the most watered down depressing coffee I have ever tasted in my life. Taste like burnt water every single time. Might just be getting unlucky but I’m never coming back here
This place consistently has the worst donuts of all time, these donuts are so old and disgusting 🤮

This location is always so fast!! Seriously, this morning we pulled up to the drive-thru and I groaned a little bit because 3 other cars had just pulled up in front of us. Even so, we were through the line in under 5 minutes. Sure the headset lady seems a little impatient, but I’d rather have speed than super slow people who just don’t care. The lady at the window is always so pleasant.

Everyone seems to have the same experience. The woman at the window is lovely and the woman with the headset is terrible to her and to customers. It’s painful to watch. I hope the woman with the headset learns how to find joy in her life and kindness in her heart. The woman at the window is wonderful. I feel terrible for her that she works in these conditions with such an unkind person following her around all day. Sad experience.
I have been to this location many many times, and I’ve never had bad interactions. With that being said, I’ve been to this location quite a few times over the last 1-2 months and every time I get to the speaker the lady with the headset is super rude. She’s extremely unpleasant, unprofessional, condescending & impatient. Me, my boyfriend & my children have all heard it. She interrupts me, she cuts me off & speaks to me as if I am a child. It’s like if I don’t have my order down to a complete science she is annoyed. She needs to be removed, if I show up to that location and she’s rude to me one more time I will be calling corporate. It’s completely unacceptable & I don’t believe she needs to work in customer service.

Says open at 4:30 am waited from 4:50 - 5:05am sat at speaker post workers inside and no answer. No recognition of anyone out there. So I drove around to there brand new built next door McDonalds there competition will put them

I went to this Dunkin’ Donuts near Brownsboro Hospital (by Speedway) about 15 minutes before closing to grab three drinks for myself and my coworkers — two macchiatos and one latte. We work night shift at the hospital, and we really needed that coffee to get through the night.
But the staff were rude and completely unprofessional. They told me they “weren’t ready to serve” and refused to make the drinks because they were closing soon — even though there were still 15 minutes left. She had already taken everything off the shelves early and didn’t even try to help.
I’ve never had this kind of experience at Starbucks — they always treat customers with respect no matter the time. But this Dunkin’ location clearly doesn’t care about customers, especially healthcare workers who depend on them during long shifts. Very disappointing and unacceptable service.
Avoid this location if you expect basic courtesy and professionalism.

OLD DONUTS… Jelly D’s are Always Previous day, hard and nasty. You cannot serve next day donuts….. we know.

The icing on my strawberry frosted w/sprinkles donut was watered down, as if it was glazed. The donut was completely stale. Also, my Boston Cream was stale. I will not be returning.

I give this place a two stars because when I visited at 6:30 in the morning, the donuts were good. But I also give this place a two stars because the lady wearing the headset taking the order seemed as though she was having a very bad day or morning. I was trying to put my order in, and she seemed as though she was trying to rush me and then asked me how many donuts was I getting when I was just trying to see if she had a specific donut that my daughter wanted. Lucky for her I snapped back just as quick as she did and told her…. “ if you give me a second, I’m trying to get to that but answer my question first.” That seemed to get her to calm down a little bit, but she was still kind of rude when I get to the window. There was a totally different lady. That was very kind that gave me my drink and donuts but my frozen drink didn’t seem quite frozen. It tasted like it had been sitting out for at least 10 minutes before I got there when I didn’t place my order ahead of time they runnyand not what I expected. I thought that this location would be better just because the area that it was in, but I was sadly wrong. I won’t be going to this place again.

Older sounding lady during the mornings is a nasty person. Overall disgusting tone and snarky attitude, reading these reviews it’s seems like I’m not the only one who’s had a bad interaction with her

This used to be the best Dunkin in the Louisville area in my opinion. For awhile now the dunkalattes have been tasting way off though, like a burnt taste or not mixed correctly? I've been tossing them. It's a hassle to get a refund because they don't give them in store.
