The donuts tasted old as hell, the cream filled had very little cream in them, jelly filled same thing. Definitely not worth the money. Kroger has better donuts for that matter Speedway has better donuts they’re right next-door.
Took forever and gave us the wrong drink, they do not pay attention to you when your ordering
Pretty good dunkin
First time going there. No one spoke English. Had no donuts I ordered. Ended up with dry terrible donut holes. Ugh
Great fastfood alternative
The woman who takes orders at the drive thru is genuinely so unbelievably rude. Every single interaction on ordering has her cutting you off or yelling at you to the point that it’s genuinely comedy at this point. She’s been there for years doing this, I genuinely don’t understand how nothing has been done about it. She barely knows how to work the headset and just screams at you if you politely even say “excuse me, I’m sorry, I didn’t hear that”. Sometimes I come through here just to laugh at his bad the interaction is. At this point I think it’s deliberate? Is it a comedy routine where no one else is in on the joke? Who knows!
Lady maybe manager who wears glasses who knows said “you people can’t speak proper English or something “off the mic but still heard her oh well I always come to this dunking and always says most of them time says something just sounds racism tbh.
This is the best dunkin in all of Louisville! Been going here consistently for about a year and my drink is always 10/10.
Went to this location on Brownsboro Rd and arrived at 6:35. Was told to hold for a moment(a real person) and we did. Waited 10 minutes. Said "hello?" With no response. Drove to the window and a younger lady opened the window and said "we are closed" at this point it was 6:50-6:55. We said we had a mobile order. She said "we close at 7". We informed her that it was not yet 7 and we had placed it 20 min ago. It seemed as she just did not want to make our order. Will NOT be going back to this location! HORRIBLE customer service.
Worst service, we reached drive through and we were waiting for someone to speak for atleast 15 minutes, all we got at the end was - "1 second" and they went mute for another 10 minutes,
We drove around after loosing patience, wasting our time for 25 minutes.
We understand if it's understaffed. But we'd expect a minimum courtesy of informing us about the same.
I will never come back to this branch of Dunkin.

I’ve been a few times in the afternoon and there are very few donuts available, but I just let that go as maybe they had a morning rush and sold out.
I stopped before 7 am to get donuts for my son’s class and they were almost empty. The guy seemed shocked someone came in and wanted 2 dozen donuts. This appears to be a donut shop that doesn’t make many donuts. Seems a bit bizarre.

This is the worst dunkin donuts in Louisville.
The food is always stale- bagels and donuts.
Nothing is fresh and they cannot make the advertized drinks.
If you're want to run on Dunkin; run away from this Dunkin.

I visit this Dunkin’ 4x per week on my way to work. Love it here and love the people.

Ridiculously hard to get into. We have gone 3 different times and they are always out of certain doughnuts. We have also tried 3 different times this year to get the munchkins Halloween bucket and they haven't had it every time or they are out of munchkins. They never offer any substitute, just "we don't have that" and are not friendly about it.
They are never busy here when I pass by, I understand why.
