I ordered a croissant with egg & bacon, hash browns, & orange juice, the hash browns were awful, and not worth $1.59, they were too small, and they didn’t put very many in the bag, my bacon wasn’t crispy enough, in fact it look like yesterdays bacon left over, I don’t know if I’ll be eating breakfast at this place again. No pics on this order, the meal didn’t look good enough to post on my feed.

Almost always messes up my doordash orders. Today i ordered 2 packs of the bagel minis as they are an addiction and they only gave me one. This is not the only time this has happened. Sometimes they send me burnt ones, or ones that arent even warm like the ones today. And i get it, i work in fast food myself but i always make sure the customers have all their food because doordash is pricey. Paid $20 to not even get everything i ordered.

Stopped by mid-day and they were out of a few donuts we tried to order (totally normal and acceptable). But then we ordered 3 frosted sprinkle donuts (2 strawberry, 1 vanilla) and when we got home, there were no sprinkles. Everything still tasted alright and it was almost no wait in the drive thru, but a major bummer.

They don't listen to what you ordered. I ordered munchkins no sprinkles and when I got to work I had a box full of sprinkle munchkins!! Plus I just found a long black hair in my munchkins box and i know that it's not mine because i have red hair!! I also ordered a large iced coffee with skim milk the iced coffee is so dark there is no way there is milk in there. The lady at the drive thru was really rude. This place has gone down hill since their remodel and the service is absolutely horrible!!! Used to be my favorite place to go but not any more!! Avoid it if you can I would give them all zeros if I could!

Owners told me no free coffee today (april 1 ). But it was free coffee day. Ended up having to pay for my coffee. Very bad.

i used to LOVE dunkin, we go there just about every weekend, but lately i’ve been extremely disappointed in their selection. for the past 2 months they are always out of glazed munchkins. every time they try to offer me a different flavor and none of the others are good. it’s also not just this location either that they’ve been out. this time, we tried to ask for a refund (since we did a mobile order), and we were told no because the manager was not there to do it. so instead we got 2 crappy donuts that we’re not even going to eat. everything else is good, my chai is always good, and the other food items we get are good, but i’m always let down by their munchkin availability.

The Middletown location is amazing! They are kind, remember my face, they always get my order correct, are quick, and their egg and cheese on croissant is the highlight of my week. Highly recommend.

Worst Dunkin ever!!!!!! Was over charged when I brought it up I was told that cold foam was extra yea but what about the other charges. Come to find out it was because I was charged for stuff I didn’t order and when I gave them the stuff back I didn’t order and told them they made the right food but I was not refunded the money for the things I didn’t order. Will never be back!!!!!!!!!
