The people that work at 3:30am always be giving attitude it’s always the white lady and this other girl that’s works with her, I order something and never do it right and get mad at us when we speak up about our food saying that next time we need to say what we want when we definitely do, worse service when it’s them two

I got my chai latte rather quickly. I did have a mobile pickup so it took them a minute to notice I was standing there.. The people behind the counter were nice once they noticed me they got my order out quickly.

Went in there with my son and they didn’t even bother to acknowledge us or even try to take our order. They should know people are on time schedules in the morning ended up leaving smh

7:45pm drive thru female very rude and short with us. We asked about hot chocolate flavors as menu had a picture of peppermint mocha hot chocolate. Girl said just hot chocolate. We asked about peppermint mocha as it was on the menu. She rudely asked how many and what size. We asked if there were other hot chocolate flavors. She didn't respond, then asked if we wanted anything or not. We told her we didn't want the peppermint mocha, but we would take 4 small regular hot chocolates. She said the store was closed and turned off the speaker. It was 7:50. Bad attitude smh!

Walked in to place an order at the counter on 9/1. Three employees were in the counter area and all three made direct eye contact with me without greeting me, taking my order, or asking me to wait until someone able to take my order was available. Left without ever being acknowledged or assisted.

I've been there twice. First time I ordered frozen hot chocolate. I didn't realize till after I pulled out almost up to work that it was somebody else's order. I went there today and ordered a brown sugar coffee with extra milk and whipped cream on top, I wound up getting a brown sugar coffee with four shots of espresso and that's it . Twice now I received an order and that was not mine.

7 people working, hardly any English being spoken, not 1 hairnet in site and miraculously a giant hair in our food. Why are hairnets not standard in the food industry everywhere? Disgusting.
