Walked in to place an order at the counter on 9/1. Three employees were in the counter area and all three made direct eye contact with me without greeting me, taking my order, or asking me to wait until someone able to take my order was available. Left without ever being acknowledged or assisted.

I've been there twice. First time I ordered frozen hot chocolate. I didn't realize till after I pulled out almost up to work that it was somebody else's order. I went there today and ordered a brown sugar coffee with extra milk and whipped cream on top, I wound up getting a brown sugar coffee with four shots of espresso and that's it . Twice now I received an order and that was not mine.

Very clean and professional. Unfortunately the coffee wasn't hot, warm at best. This seems to be the new standard at all Dunkins locations.

So usually come here every morning around 5:45 6ish in the morning. Before heading to work. Service was okay but food and drink was terrible. The bagel was super stale and the bacon was extremely chewy.
The coffee I asked was supposed to have flavoring French value with one crème and one sugar. Coffee was super watery no flavoring was added and the amount of sugar that was at the bottom of my drink was unbearable. And on top was gave the wrong donut asked for a vanilla cream and we handed a Boston crème chocolate donut which I’m not a fan of chocolate.
So morning started off bad with money wasted on food and a drink I could barely eat and not enjoy
